Staying in this hotel is the best part of my Venice experience.1. The hotel price is very reasonable.2. The room interior was so beautiful and the owners and staff here is so helpful. I had a bad throat and I asked for the electric kettle and they provided me the same right away.3. The breakfast is good and vegetarian people can easily manage.4. We had an early morning flight and so we had to leave early that we were unable to have breakfast, but the hotel staff take extra efforts to leave breakfast in our room.5. It is a bit outside from Venice but there is a bus stop very near to this hotel that you can easily travel to central Venice through direct bus.6. This is also close to airport.Overall everything was good about this hotel for us. Attaching the breakfast picture that they take extra efforts to leave it in our room.

We had a pretty average stay here. The rooms are super small and the staff wasn’t very helpful. At least it was cheap

Stanza piccola ma accogliente, ottimo punto di riferimento per andare in aeroporto a Venezia, distanza breve anche a piedi. L'unica osservazione è che non era disponibile neppure una bottiglia d'acqua.

This place far exceeded our expectations, the room was huge with a large beautiful bathroom that looked recently updated. Very easy self check-in process, and very quiet at night. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place closer to the airport.

Struttura molto pulita,accogliente,personale cordiale e disponibile. Posizione molto comoda a 4 min in macchina dall’aeroporto Venezia Marco Polo.

Great place to stay for an early flight.The host was awesome and rooms were clean and comfortable.Dining options across the road.

Myself and my family stayed here the night before and the night after 2 weeks in Union Lido for flight convenience. The guest house was perfect for this purpose , family room was lovely and clean & the staff, Sara in particular went above and beyond with helpfulness. It’s less than 20 mins on inexpensive public transport to Venice. I’ll definitely come back.

Wow this place is amazing!! I was going to pay extra for the peace of mind of the security and cleanliness of the courtyard but I’m soo glad I tried this place. It is soo clean and quiet. The walk to the airport terminal is only 15 minutes and I had late check in arranged by texting them before I arrived. It was soo easy they gave me a code and I entered securely and easily! Just go on the front door of the red building

We stayed in their room for 3 people. It was late arriving at the airport and this place is perfect to spend the night. The staffs were very helpful from booking to staying. The room was clean and heated. The breakfast was perfect. Highly recommended.

Very. Clean, excellent location, sensible prices. Within easy walking distance of airport terminals and bus outside to take you into Venice. Probably best prices when booked direct.
