This hotel is truly exceptional, with a stunning location and attention to detail that is unmatched.From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help us with anything we needed. The hotel itself is breathtakingly beautiful, with a design that perfectly blends modern luxury with traditional Tuscan style.But the real highlight of our stay was the dining experience. We started with aperitivo and cocktails at the bar, which were expertly crafted and delicious. The breakfast each morning was a feast of fresh, locally sourced foods that were prepared by the kitchen staff to perfection.And the pinnacle of our culinary adventure was the evening meal at Kayma Lounge Bar which is the hotel's restaurant. We had the privilege of experiencing the tasting menu created by Michelin awarded chef Erez Ohayon, and it was truly unforgettable. Each course was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation, and we savored every bite.Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. Beautifully designed hotel with great staff striving successfully for perfection. Can’t even tell where to begin: genuine friendliness, heartfelt dedication to guest service, design which reflects high quality and wonderful taste. Definitely worth a stay!

Ho prenotato un pacchetto day spa in questo albergo nuovissimo situato in via roma di pratovecchio Stia da lì in nome dell'hotel.Nel pacchetto era compreso un'entrata di 4 ore nella spa un pranzo a tre portate nel bistrot dell'albergo.Che dire...ho trascorso una bellissima giornata,Personale gentilissimo, ambiente elegante moderno e soprattutto pulitissimo.La spa non è grandissima ma possiede tutto il necessario per rilassarti, sauna bagno turco, doccia sensoriale, piscina interna jacuzzi 36 gradi e piscina esterna 26 gradi.Ma la vera chicca è il ristorante dove sono stata accolta con cordialità e professionalità.Il cibo è squisito dal pane e grissini fatti in casa dalla scelta dell'olio d'oliva alle pietanze con abbinamenti equilibrati ed armonici.Ringrazio ancora gli addetti al ricevimento dello sconto che mi hanno fatto sulla spa poiché avevo usufruito di due ore invece di quattro.Lo consiglio tantissimo e spero presto ad un mio ritorno
