Villa Elly

Wir waren letzte Woche in der Villa Elly und hatten kurz davor die 1. Bewertung hier gefunden. Nach dem ersten Schreck haben wir uns die Wohnung erstmal selbst angeschaut und für uns hat es eigentlich einigermaßen gepasst. Alles, was in der letzten Bewertung aufgezählt wurde, ist wahr, aber wir machen seit mehreren Jahren schon Urlaub in Bibione/Lignano und das meiste ist für uns nichts neues gewesen. Man kann nicht gerade deutsche Standards erwarten.Positiv- die Wohnung war recht sauber- falls etwas kaputt war, war der Hausmeister recht schnell da um es zu reparierenNegativ- sehr alte Ausstattung- Dusche recht ungünstig positioniert, man muss sich beeilen damit das Bad nicht zu sehr überflutet- Betten waren sehr unbequem, ich konnte keine Nacht durchschlafen- Die Klimaanlage hatte einen komischen Geruch- Steckdose kam einfach mit dem Stecker aus der Wand raus- Haare auf den Betten (wahrscheinlich von der Putzfrau?)- Das Tor zum Garten lässt sich nicht verschließen, wenn also nachts jmd das Auto klauen wollen würde kann er ganz einfach rausfahren- kein einziger deutscher Kanal (wir hatten bisher immer mindestens einen im Urlaub)Alles in allem war es nicht soo schlimm, da wir eh den ganzen Tag am Strand verbracht haben. Für den billigen Preis haben wir nichts extravagantes erwartet. Eine Woche kann man dort schon überleben. Nochmal würde ich dort aber definitiv nicht bleiben.

Villa Elly's owners only care about getting paid and not about guests' comfort, neither security.1- After 3 days we were robbed. The thieves simply forced the front door and came in. It is funny and sad to see how the owners --that live in the back house- and knows about the insecurity, have all the doors and windows secured with iron fences, while the front house is ready to be robbed,2- If you want to take a bath, you'll find an old shower near the toilet, without a precarious separation. The toilet will get totally wet and if you shower for more than 10 minutes, all will be a flood and the water will start going outside.3-The mattresses are old and most of them have springs. Impossible to sleep there!4- Only a couple of fulls of holes nets for Mosquitos will force you to sleep with closed windows and buy a ventilator (or two) to keep you cold on a hot night where the air conditioner does not work properly and does not let you sleep because of the noise and the vibration that generates from outside through the wall.5- Only a couple of electric plugs, some of them are dangerous for kids, and 80% don't work with EU standards, even if the house is located in the EU.6- Cooking there is almost impossible... Forget about Microwave, Dishwasher, or even an Oven. We had to buy a frying pan!!7- A small and cheap TV with a horrible sound is not an option for a rainy day.8- Lack of proper lights in the living room. Be careful, the old main lamp is ready to fall down!9- The pictures in the description are old and don't show reality.10- If you want to use the SMALL grill (barbecue) at night, buy candles. The outside light is broken, and the owners do not care about it.11- No Wash machine12- Positive: Many Lizards will help you with the mosquitos. They are very friendly guys!
