Sono stato questa sera con Dumbo, il mio pinscher che aveva mangiato un sacchetto di nylon e varie porcherie in esso contenute.Ho trovato una dottoressa gentilissima e molto professionale che velocemente è intervenuta risolvendo il problema.Dumbo adesso ha mangiato con appetito e sta meglio di prima.Lo raccomando a chi ne avesse bisogno.Giorgio Rossi Treviso

Nonostante non avessimo prenotato ci hanno dato ascolto e dopo una ventina di minuti hanno trovato tempo per visitare la nostra piccola. Grazie.

We had our worst experience here with our pet dog.We visited this vet last Wednesday to book an appointment for a treatment before returning to the UK, and showed them the document to be filled.The appointment was all arranged for Friday morning, which was the only date to be in time for us.When we turned up on Friday, the receptionist asked for the actual tablet for the treatment from us.This was extremely surprising as this is expected to be provided and administered by the vet, and nobody mentioned this on Wednesday.This quickly turned into chaos.We were told to go to a pharmacy to source the tapeworm tablet somewhere in Jesolo.Of course we had no idea what type of pharmacy we should chase for animal treatment.Finally they made phone calls for us, and the fourth one offered to get it ready by 4PM the same day.A return appointment to the vet was also booked for 4:30PM.Once we bought the tablet from the pharmacy (paid 17 euro for 16.50 product), we returned to the vet.There was no welcoming manner at the reception whatsoever.After a head nod by the vet we could get in from the waiting area.The whole 'procedure' started on the corridor, despite the examination rooms were free.Once the paperwork was filled, we were asked for payment (30 Euros) for the services received without the tablet administered by the vet.She said we need to do it by ourselves.Shocking!After arguing her poor treatment, the vet attempted to administer the tablet without checking the dose.Luckily my wife spotted this, and requested the correct amount.After this unprofessional treatment, she simply opened the door and our dog escaped from the building, running towards a busy road.The only reason why disaster didn't happen, is other visitors who just managed to catch our dog in the last minute.We had such a terrible treatment by this veterinary, and highly recommend to avoid it.
