I will never forget this experience. What an evening.This is not just a cooking lesson: you learn about the culture, the differences among the region and much more.Deborah cooks and teaches with a big smile and heart. A super welcoming home in the heart of Catania.Strongly recommended!

Un'esperienza all'insegna del mare, della terra, della Sicilia!Una lezione di cucina di tre portate in cui in sole tre ore sono state scardinate moltissime credenze e sapori che poco apprezzavamo. La Chef Deborah, con il suo sapere e la sua passione per la cucina, ci ha proposto dei piatti con ingredienti semplici, tradizionali e combinati in modo innovativo.Con la sua simpatia e gentilezza ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.Un'esperienza sicuramente da ripetere, e perché no, anche con persone da tutto il mondo.

We had a wonderful experience at Deborah's house. She was so warm and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious (and lots of it)! We felt immersed into a Sicilian home for the evening and her cooking was on par with a high quality restaurant - very fresh ingredients in well-prepared dishes. After the 5-course meal she sat with us and answered our questions and shared her recipes. Highly recommend!

L’allegra compagnia, la calorosa accoglienza e gli squisiti sapori della più tradizionale cucina Siciliana sono gli ingredienti delle ricette di Deborah, gentile padrona di casa ed abile cuoca. Cucinare con lei ed i miei amici è stato semplice e divertente. Consiglio a tutti questa esperienza!

Possibly THE cooking experience in Catania. Lovely setting in an amazing house and obviously Deb is an unbelievable host. It's so cool to learn how to cook like a local and using delicious ingredients from the area. We had such an amazing evening and can 100% recommend. If you are interested in a cooking course then don't hesitate to visit Deb for an unforgettable evening!

Deborah is a helpful, kind and personable teacher. An experienced chef and host, she delivers the cooking class with both finesse and warmth. The space itself adds to the overall immersive experience of Sicilian food by cooking in an authentic Catanian home and kitchen. I would recommend to everyone: food lovers and total beginners alike!

We had an amazing time learning how to make Tiramisu, caponata, and vegetarian lasagna with Deborah. The experience was very well organised and we got the opportunity to sit down and taste it all with Sicilian wine. I would highly recommend a cooking class with Cooking Sicily. Deborah was very accommodating and let us bring our luggage to the class and even gave us a ride to the airport as she was also heading there!!
