Very very bad terravision is better. Hello i Would like to make a réclamation about thé man who take the ticket in termini before going to the bus. The bus was empty. He was very very desagreable, he forbade us to take the bus of 9:00 because we had an online ticket at 9:30. He lied. He told me because i had an online ticket it wasnt the same price at this hour. But all the hours are at this price. I don’t understand why he was overzealous and outrageous. This is unacceptable. That’s why i will pass by terravision from now.

Correct and accurate. A big advantage is that tickets can be bought online.

I can't complain about this service. Travel cost us 8 eur per person, we were able to buy the tickets directly from the driver at the main station. Bus waited 5 min longer than the planned time of departure. Bus had air conditioning, road to Fiumicino took 45 min (departure Tuesday at 13:00, no traffic jams)

Horrible service. They scammed me and made me pay 7 euros extra. I am so shocked at the audacity.

I do not recommend using the bus service Tambus from Fiumicino Airport - Roma Termini Tambus. Sul pulmam oggi alle ore 12 senza aria condizionata e finestrini chiusi con 46 persone dentro. Immaginate voi.

Ho preso un autobus Roma Fiumicino oggi 26/12/2022 alle che doveva partire alle 08:30 e ha partito alle 08:36 e anuna velocità pianissima tale che alle 09:00 eravamo dentro Roma Capitale vicino ai Terme di Caracalla ancora. Il conduttore dice che il servizio è così e che la sua velocità. Ma come si permette questa situazione? Quando si prende un autobus per l'aeroporto normalmente si va di fretta, si deve arrivare lo più presto possibile.

El trabajador que nos tocó en el aeropuerto de Roma para comprar el billete hacia el centro de la misma fue un maleducado y un racista. Nos gritó, amenazó y acosó delante del chófer hasta que le compramos los billetes, alegando que no queríamos comprar los tickets por su apariencia hindú.Mi consejo, comprad los tickets en otra compañía.

It is air conditioned and buses are good but they did not accept debit cards to go from Termini to Fiumicino...this is 2020 - learn to accept not only cash! I had to walk a long while and the ATM was out of service and I was almost late. Also the bus departed around 5 mins late twice...
