The old woman working here has a disgusting demeanour and is racist.I asked if I could pay cash or card. She said “in Italy we use cash we are not American” in a rude tone (I could see the eftpos terminal on her desk). I said ok thank you anyway goodbye. She then yelled “brutta” at me. Which is ugly in English. She continued yelling until I walked out.I am glad I did not buy anything from this store. In Australia you would be broke for your disgraceful, racist attitude.

La vieille dame mérite 0 étoiles !!!!!!C'est scandaleux !La propriétaire m'a insulté et crié dessus parce que j'avais essayé 3 articles et que je lui ai dit que je n'en prenais qu'un. Elle a hurlé. Donc, je suis parti sans rien acheter.Quelle attitude horrible ! C'est inacceptable ! Cette harpie ne pense qu'a l'argent et déteste les clients.Passez votre chemin.

Although I found some nice stuff, the owner is nasty and disrespectful. How can such an unfriendly person run a business??! Of course, passers-by are unaware of this and will keep going in.... If you are fast in choosing what you like, spending your money and leaving the shop, you won't have a problem.

Proprietaria umilia e insulta personale e clienti, evidentemente inadatta a gestire un negozio. Sconsiglio qualsiasi tipo di avvicinamento al locale in questione. Non potendo votare con zero stelle ne regalo una.

Leider kann man nicht 0 Sterne geben. Ich finde es schockierend, wie sich die alte Dame benommen hat, beleidigend, hat das Licht ausgemacht und uns angefasst und aus dem Geschäft geschubst, und das nur, weil wir ein großes Loch in dem zuvor gekauften angeblichen Seidenschal gefunden hatten. Zudem machte sie noch ihre Angestellte (oder gar Tochter?) zur Sau, weil sie uns entgegen kam. FAZIT: FINGER WEG!!!

Non potendo mettere 0 sono costretta a dare una stella. Mai vista una proprietaria più scortese. Se non trovi subito nulla di tuo gradimento fa di tutto per buttarti fuori dal negozio. Non capisco come un soggetto affetto da una tale isteria possa gestire un'attività a contatto con il pubblico.
