Incredible rude lady in the office we vere not allowed inside and was not given an explanation

We spotted Capri Boat Tour on the Internet on Sorrento Tourist Office web site and it soon caught our attention! We decided to book it and we are glad having done it! The excursion was simply awesome we visited Capri and also the Blue Grotto that was amazing! The skipper was a friendly person and we spend a really pleasant day. Now we understand why they call Capri the pearl of the Mediterranean sea!

Had been advised that I could buy tickets for The Three Tenors in the museum venue where they performe. Arrived to be told no I had to call a telephone number. Stopped by this office to ask if they could help after my holiday rep I happen to bump into wasn't much help. The tourist office staff member was so helpful. It was a really hot day and I had just walked up from the port after buying tickets for Ischia. My brain had melted when I realised I booked the concert for the same day! This was not a problem for the tourist office, he made another call and rebooked me for a different night.Stopped by another day to book a spur of the moment Amalfi coast trip for the following day with a Sant Agnello transfer included. Again they sorted everything instantly in one call. I usually alway book sightseeing trips myself but this office made everything so easy and I enjoyed both the concert and the very well priced day trip.The staff here are all very helpful, friendly, professional with perfect English. Nothing is an issue.Save yourself hassle and visit this office for your sightseeing trips.Thank you.

We made a huge mistake and realized we had booked a private car to and from a site we had already been to years ago...I blame it on jet lag brain! The night before, at 10pm, we realized our mistake. Pino had given us his private number and we called...he laughed it off, put in a lot of work to change around drivers, etc to completely change the destination and date of the tour so that it would work for the new opening dates of our new destination. He was professional, friendly, so understanding, and incredibly helpful when he really didn't have to be. The prices he gave us were unbeatable, too! He and Roberto will keep you entertained when you visit the office, as well...they are delightful!

The information point in a railway carriage at Sorrento railway station on Tuesday 19th June was manned by an Incredibly rude female member of staff, she should be sacked. Not a good first of impression of Sorrento.
