Cinque stelle meritatissime !Ottima cucina tradizionale siciliana, ambiente molto raffinato ma al tempo stesso molto familiare.Ottimi i piatti consigliati dal sig. Antonio, serviti dalla simpaticissima e cordiale Mary, che ha continuato a consigliarci oltre che sulle pietanze, anche sui possibili luoghi da visitare in città.Ottima la qualità del cibo e nel rapporto, prezzi per nulla cari.Lo consiglio tantissimo e mi rammarico di averlo scoperto solo nell'ultimo giorno di vacanza.Grazie per la vs. disponibilità e professionalità!

Ristorante: locato in una traversa, si scende una piccola discesa e si arriva nel locale posto sotto il livello della strada. Ha varie sale all'interno arredate in stile classico siciliano. Molto accoglienteServizio: camerieri gentilissimi, personale di vero cuore.Menù: Menù prettamente di pesce con specialità da tutta l'isola.Cibo: busiate e paccheri unici! si sentiva il sapore di ogni ingrediente, livello altissimo. il cannolo era gigantesco.Prezzo e Consigli finali: prezzo nella media, non è costoso e le porzioni sono abbondanti. il locale è molto accogliente e sicuramente qui proverete i veri sapori della cucina siciliana.

Pasta was great, but it took 45 minutes after we ordered pasta (no appetizers) to finally get our food. When we asked for the check, we waited 10 minutes for it before we finally went up and paid for it. The restaurant was not busy enough to warrant this lack of service. Also, each bottle of water was $3 each.

One of the best restaurants we’ve eaten at in Italy! We were in Palermo for a month and tried a few restaurants; nothing comes close to Trattoria Carpaccio for an authentic Italian experience.The staff was warm, and welcoming, and our waitress made great recommendations.From starters to desserts, everything was delicious and each course was better than the last one. The pasta plates we got were all very good, and well seasoned. As for the second course/main course, I rarely eat sea food but I tried their fish fillet and it really wow’ed me: one of the most tender fish I’ve had!They also have an impressive wine selection, along with house wine. The place was packed with locals, which usually says a lot about the quality of the food :)All in all, this is a MUST if you’re in Palermo and we’ll definitely try to go back once more before we leave.We went back a second time on our last night, and it was the PERFECT way to end our stay in Palermo. Once again, the service was amazing, and the food was as good as it gets - one of my all time favourites!

Una bella trattoria dove si viene accolti in maniera perfetta dal proprietario. Tartare e marinati buoni ma non eccezionali. Molto meglio i primi piatti. Da provare!

The best restaurant in Palermo discovered it on our second day in Palermo and our rest 5 days this Restaurant was our favourite spotEverything that my Husband and I eat was mouth watering . The Food ,service , excellent. any extra wishes will be considered by the Staff . Best to book a Table when you are more than 2 persons

Personale gentilissimo, cibo buonissimo!!Ho presto un antipasto, un primo, un secondo, un contorno e un calice di vino ed ho pagato solo 50 euro .. e le porzioni erano veramente abbondanti !!! Ritornerò sicuramente ... Ottima qualità del cibo... E ottimo personale mi sono sentita a casa !!

Wow... What a treat!A hidden local gem, a little out of the touristy path. Full of locals (good sign), I guess that we were the only tourists there. The food was simply amazing - antipasti, mains, even the fish (that I hardly eat in general), the service super attentive (hawk style) you don't have to wait for nothing.The owner was friendly and hospitable, and so was all the staff.Tip: phone them and make a reservation, the place is packed. That's what we did and managed to get the last table for the evening.
