Incompetenza totale!!!

We engaged with Alba's services for a period of 4 months. During this time, she candidly mentioned that her expertise might not align perfectly with our particular legal matter and suggested seeking assistance from another lawyer. Unfortunately, this advice came late in the process, resulting in undesirable outcomes for us.I have rated Alba with 2 stars, acknowledging her efforts. However, my deduction of 3 stars is based on the fact that despite the extended timeframe, she seemed to struggle to grasp a clear understanding of our case, requiring us to repeatedly explain the details. It is possible that she may not have been well-versed in handling cases involving international students, or perhaps she did not give our matter the attention it deserved.Overall, we appreciate Alba's attempt to assist us, but the lack of timely guidance and understanding of our case led to an unfavorable experience
