Posto consigliatissimo: la burrata è ottima così come lo è la stracciatella; in più, l'iniziativa sul reso delle vaschette di ricotta è davvero lodevole.

The location is so close to tourist areas of Rome (10-15 minute drive from the Vatican City area). The moment I entered, the staff member behind the counter was warm and friendly. Of course, I ordered some authentic treccione and nodini(mozzarella) and burrata. The cheese was perfect, authentic, and absolutely delicious. It is made daily, with the machines used to heat up the milk inside the shop. This cheese will have me dreaming of coming back to Italy!! Thank you for the delicious trip back in time to the days I spent in Puglia with my family.

Caseificio ottimo che trasforma il latte in loco. La mattina è possibile vedere il maestro casaro lavorare il latte. I prodotti sono squisiti. I prezzi assolutamente consoni alla qualità dei cibi proposti.
