We loved this tour, it’s organization and driver. They picked us up promptly from our hotel at the start time and organized a beautiful day at a hazelnut farm and wine tasting and then took us to a small town before returning to turin. I will most certainly use them again when I am in Turin for exploring another region or for dedicated wine tasting or food experiences. Do not hesitate to book with this company!

Our tour of Turin was fascinating and enjoyable. Eight of us were picked up by an up by a late model, comfortable SUV. During our walk through Turin, Elena’s commentary was factual and entertaining. We learned about history, architecture, local lore and much more. Elena was patient and helpful to all of the guests. I’m happy to say we got a real taste of the city, as well as a tasty lunch of regional cuisine and delicious coffee. I highly recommend this company and this tour. You won’t be disappointed.

Elena provided my husband and me a fantastic tour in Barolo and Barbaresco with an amazing lunch. We have done a few other tours in other wine regions and this one stood out as especially memorable! Elena also was super helpful in the planning of the trip and when our train was delayed she was very accommodating. In a word: fantastic!I contacted Elena and her team a month or so prior to my trip to Turin. I wanted to see a bit of the area as well as to explore some of the food and wine culture.They more than delivered.From tasting chocolates to sharing a glass of wine with the man who made it I had a couple of wonderful days and learnt a lot whilst enjoying myself.If you're thinking of of booking a foodie tour in Italy you've come to the right place!

We had an amazing tour through the Barolo and Barbaresco regions. We stopped at two winery’s and went to a great local restaurant for lunch. Elena’s knowledge of the region, it’s food and wine added so much to the experience!They are a must use for your Italian tours!

Cannot say enough about how great our experience was with The Italian Trotter. We contacted them with little notice and they put together fantastic excursions in the Liguria and Piedmont areas of Italy! They were readily available always when needed and the attention to detail was spot-on! We thoroughly enjoyed every recommendation. Elena and Valerio are complete professionals!
