Siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra esperienza presso il ristorante gluten free ad Olbia. Innanzitutto, abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che il menu fosse completamente senza glutine, permettendo così ai clienti celiaci di gustare i piatti senza preoccupazioni.Il personale era estremamente cordiale e accogliente, fornendo un servizio eccellente durante tutto il pasto. Sono stati in grado di rispondere alle nostre domande sulla preparazione dei piatti e fornire consigli sugli elementi del menu che erano adatti alle nostre esigenze dietetiche.Per quanto riguarda il cibo, siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla varietà e dalla qualità delle opzioni disponibili. I piatti erano ben presentati e ricchi di sapori, dimostrando una grande attenzione ai dettagli nella loro preparazione. Sia le pietanze a base di carne che quelle a base di pesce erano fresche e deliziose.Nel complesso, consigliamo vivamente il ristorante gluten free ad Olbia a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza culinaria di qualità senza glutine. Con un menu delizioso, un servizio impeccabile e un'atmosfera accogliente, siamo sicuri che torneremo presto per gustare altre prelibatezze senza glutine.

Ci vorrebbero più ristoranti come questo. Chi è vegetariano oppure celiaco rimarrá sicuramente soddisfatto di aver mangiato qui.Cameriera molto gentile, il cibo è tutto buonissimo, da non celiaco ho apprezzato molto.Prezzi leggermente alti ma ne vale la pena

WOW! Such a fantastic restaurant with a modern design and a brilliant variety of meat, gluten free and Vegan options to choose from. The warm smiley greeting of Matteo and the great recommendations, we had the lasagne, lamb burger and Avocado crepe. All were superb and honestly some of the best food we have ever eaten.You can taste the freshness in every meal. The honesty, humbleness and pride they have in what is created and served is truly a beautiful experience.They also have a great selection of local Sardinian wine and beers (voted best in Sardinia), you have to try them.The guys have big plans and are looking to take on the world, so get there and enjoy truly beautiful food and great service.

The food was great! You can really taste that the ingredients they use are fresh and of good quality. Their whole menu is literally gluten free, and there are also a lot of vegan options. Amazing how these days more and more restaurants are focused on the needs of people with food intolerances/sensitivities!The people that work there were super friendly and attentive to our needs. Also the place looks cozy and stylish, so it’s nice to sit there as well :) The only side note I have is that the restaurant is next to a busy street where a lot of cars pass the whole time. But for sure do I recommend this place :)

Googled this restaurant and found it to be close to our hotel (Mercure Olbia) about 7 tables inside and 1 outside. (Close to the road and busy traffic so I wouldn’t want to sit outside) food was excellent! Vegan lasagne. Green salad with black rice, avocado and some more veggies. MySon had the Sashi beef burger which he loved! Friendly staff. Only minus that the billwas not correct. There was chicken salad in stead off green salad and an americano coffee which we didn’t have. Goes to show, always check the bill. But overall a great experience!

Menú completamente senza glutine e senza lattosio, e soprattutto non propongono i soliti piatti! Hamburger buonissimo e ottimo pane, speciali le seadas. Il locale è un po' piccolino ma il servizio è abbastanza veloce. Personale gentile e sorridente!

Ottimo e senza ombra di glutine! Piatti gustosi e ben presentati. Locale accogliente a partire dal sorriso affabile e solare dello staff. Torno ancora sui sapori perché sono davvero unici e di un livello alto. Prezzi adeguati agli ingredienti e alle proposte. Puoi mangiare dall’antipasto passando dal primo fino al dolce e se ti va anche panini Hamburger. Anche se non avete necessità di mangiare gluten free o vegan, aggiungete nella lista questo posto da provare assolutamente. Eccellente!

We really appreciated their efforts on gluten-free food, but the gnocchi, lasagna, and pasta dishes were not good. Additionally, there is a major fly problem that needs to be addressed; the swarms of flies in the restaurant was discouraging. I’ve read other critical reviews of this restaurant where the owner has a stern reply, so I’m interested to hear how they defend the bad food we were served today. Find better food elsewhere.

Not enough good things to be said about this place! Good food, excellent service, great ambience all while listening to great music! Highly recommended restaurant for breakfast and for those wanting gluten free options. My favorite part of the visit was the super friendly staff.

Consigliati da un amico siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi nel gustare varie prelibatezze del posto e non solo.Abbiamo assaggiato antipasti sia di carne che di pesce e idem per i primi.Per finire la tipica seadas e un tiramisù che sapeva di genuino.Il tutto in un atmosfera familiare.Posto facile da raggiungere e con facilità a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze.Molto consigliato
