The risotto and gnocchi were especially delicious! However, the ossobuco meatballs were flavourful but too dry, the cod was good but too small of a portion and lastly the pistachio-pea dessert was not bad but honestly too weird and experimental. The prices were a bit expensive and I felt like I could have had a better meal somewhere else with this price.

Overall a somewhat disappointing experience, especially given the price. Environment: 5 stars - we sat in the garden, and it was lovely. Food: 2 stars - food was pretty underwhelming (especially for the price point). Every dish we had was fairly one-dimensional. All dishes comprised of one dominant flavor that overpowered everything, and very few other flavors to help balance. Service: 4 stars - everyone was very pleasant, but they kept forgetting about us (e.g. the wine we ordered, the coffee we ordered, etc).

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Italy, a must if you are visiting Milan. The risotto is delicious, and the ravioli with black cherry is one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in my life. So incredible. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will make an effort to come back if we are ever again in Milan.

Ristorante da cui è poi sorto un pastificio (per far gustare a casa propria i loro piatti), che propone molti piatti tipici della tradizione meneghina. Nel menù si possono trovare ingredienti stagionali da cui le proposte sempre diverse e sempre innovative (da provare assolutamente i casoncelli di crescenza con ciliegia salata!). Carta dei vini completa ed in grado di soddisfare ogni esigenza.Esperienza assolutamente positiva che ripeteremo sicuramente.Prezzo adeguato a quanto proposto.

I loved it, but it might not be for everyone.I went new & old, the summer tagliatelle (New) and the risotto with bone marrow (old).The summer tagliatelle was served cold, was extremely refreshing and a very different twist on a pasta dish. I really enjoyed it, especially as it had a hint of Asian influence (Top tip, order the meat ball appetizer, and dip them in the sauce).The saffron risotto with the bone marrow was DELICIOUS ! BUT, it was VERY, VERY RICH. I wish I had eaten less before this course.The service was perfect, always around when needed, but never overly present. Tell your server what you'd like, and let them help you navigate the options.PS : The Spritz HUGO is a great way to start the evening, if you like elderberry.Prices are in line with the quality of food and service.

Uno dei migliori ristoranti di Milano, con rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Il servizio merita un 10, come anche il cibo e l'ambiente confortevole. La terrazza è meravigliosa. Non per niente questo Ristorante è scelto anche da Cracco che era seduto accanto a noi.

Locale moderno molto curato , specializzato in cucina locale classica e rivisitata .Conviene prenotare perché i posti a disposizione non sono moltissimi ed e’ parecchio frequentato.Non c’è moltissima scelta tra i vari antipasti primi e secondi , il che personalmente la considero spesso una nota positiva .Ottimi i risotti, ne abbiamo provato una classica con ossobuco e uno particolare con addirittura fragole, entrambi davvero molto buoni.Gustose anche le polpette di carne con salsa verde (aveva un gustoso sapore di prezzemolo).Dolci purtroppo nulla di che, unica nota dolente di altrimenti un’ottima cena .Prezzi davvero molto alti, nonostante la qualità delle portate.

Beautiful food in a lovely setting. We ate inside but tables outside looked good too. Very hot the night we went. Food is intelligently prepared and served. Extensive menu but very well thought out. Highly recommended. Photos show gazpacho, stuffed pumpkin flower, risotto milanese with ossobuco, trout with vegetables, peach with chocolate and amaretto and peach sorbet. Lovely!

Ci sono stata ieri per un pranzo di lavoro, il locale esterno è piacevole, una location situata in uno dei punti più in di Milano, sotto il bosco verticale e vicino a Piazza Gaulenti, il cibo è stato ottimo, gli antipasti non lasciato al caso, tra focacce, baccalà mantecato ,polpettine e insalata russa ci siamo quasi saziate. Il risotto alla vecchia milano ben fatto con il midollo e stessa cosa per il vitello tonnato! Spero di ritornare presto

I visited Ratanà for lunch with 24 people. As the weather was nice, we were able to sit outside. Due to the size of our booking we had to opt for a set menu which was great although some of the portions could have been a little bigger. Service was fast considering the size of our group. We paid around €55 per head which included a 3 course meal, wine and coffee. I'd definitely recommend visiting if you are in the area.
