I had a violin case made for me with Musafia and it is brilliant. They act like professionals should and their product guarantee puts your mind to rest. So rare to have such level of professionalism and I'm extremely happy i made the decision to go with them for a custom made case. All the money I wasted on well-known instrument case makers (that broke in 1-2 years) could have been avoided if I just paid once more and have it for a proper case that lasts. I had a Musafia case for a few years now and only had one problem with the material around the zip which was quickly addressed by Musafia which not only that fixed the problem, but enhanced a few bits while they were at it. Recommend!
