Sto tentando di mettermi in contatto con loro tramite il numero fornito su google. Ho chiamato già piú volte senza ottenere risposta. Carenza di personale o malagestione? Forse entrambe!

Servizio clienti pessimo, non si riesce a risolve un problema dopo più di 10 giorni.per non parlare del fatto che se li chiami non rispondono al telefono.

Hat alles geklappt. Kann aber nur zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Vergognoso è dire poco! Non rispondono mai al telefono. Uno schifo. Era mille milioni di volte meglio il personale della filiale dell'arancio. Non vedo l'ora di chiudere il conto

Vormittags um 11 h die Automaten ohne Geld.. wie kann sowas passieren ?? Am Schalter noch ne freche Antwort abgeholt. So bedient man keine kunden. Das allerletzte.

Lucca Center Deutsch Bank (DB) ATM NOT able to give me my debit card back properly . My card was not pushed back far enough by the Automat for me to pick it up. After 3 trials, my debit card was swallowedbyt the ATM on the 15th of August night. Back to the DB office at 8.30 on Monday morning to get my card back due to the DB dysfunctional automat; guess what? Card kept by the bank; sent to Milano; then sent back to my bank (I hope!); without the least undertsanding of what it means finishing holidays without a card until the 31st of August. Worthless to add that my bank did NOT ask for my card to be swallowed nor did I overspend or have no money on my bank account to justifiy this treatment.
