I have visited this location for help with my TIM mobile plan many times and the service is more often than not unfriendly and unhelpful. I would give '0' stars if it were an option. The women I have encountered working there are particularly unfriendly.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT experience. Fast, professional and super friendly service. Besides the products are extremely performant and great value for money.Highly recommended!Just a fact: German Telecom: 7Gb ~25€, but you just cant refill. If your 7 GB are burned , its game over until one month later (HOW SICK!) Our roaming sim stopped working in Italy. Calling the hotlinexwas useless, omg so bad!. Anyway, my wife burned 7GB in 8 days.... easily. TIM: 49.90€ 100GB, when smoked, get a refill of another 100 GB for ~11€. ITS REALLY HYPER COMPETITIVE!

Aiutooo mai più mai più, mi hanno portato alla disperazione totale !!! Creato un sacco di guai!!! Che non ho più voglia nemmeno elencare. La loro incompetenza quasi ( furbamente voluta)…. da spremere il cliente con vari contratti , abbonamenti ecc…. Mi sono trovata sempre da pagare pagare…, pagare….e non avere mai il credito, con le loro proposte e offere ecc… .Vergognoso !! Andate vendere il prosciutto ,forse ne avrete più capacità successo, mah ne ho dubbi anche su questo.Una stella anche troppo, non meritata .!!!!!!! Un giorno passo e ve lo dico a voce! Menomale che ho trovato un operatore gentile, preparato , cordiale del 119 che mi ha risolto il problema , e si è scusato nel vostro nome , quello che non avete fatto voi!!!!! Siete vergognosi !!

This store provides great service. As a foreign tourist, I went there to get a tourist SIM card. In and out within 10 min, very impressed with their professional and fast service. As a foreigner you can purchase a SIM Card for 35 euro, with 70 GB internet data for 30 days, plus unlimited calls within Italy. If you stay longer than 30 days, you need a PayPal account to top up every 30 days for 10 euros.

Mi hanno appena chiuso la porta in faccia dopo aver aspettato che la responsabile del negozio finisse con un altro cliente. Aspettavo da 10 minuti. Sono le 19:24 (quindi ero lì già alle 19:15) e il negozio era già chiuso (a detta della responsabile)Quindi chiudono molto prima non alle 19:30.Responsabile davvero molto sgarbata nonostante mi ha fatta attendere senza dirmi che il negozio era già chiuso.Pessimi come tutto il servizio TIMAh e quando ho fatto notare che non erano ancora le 19:30 mi ha risposto che “le casse erano già chiuse da tempo e che comunque è inutile che io faccia tante domande. È chiuso perché lei ha voluto chiudere prima!”Che dire...Vergogna

Wonderful service! My phone plan purchased at the airport was locked and the staffer (who was patient and very fluent in English) was able to identify the source of the problem quickly - my phone was locked when I accidentally called out of country, resulting in a negative balance and triggering an account lock. All we had to do was add some funds, which I was more than happy to pay. Thank you!

Tourist trap! Beware! Needed internet so went there and asked for a wifi modem with a simcard. Asked the sales rep multiple times if it worked well in Florence and vicinity - and he assured me yes. Left the store and at the same day was already not working. Returned the next day and another guy told me they sold me a modem and the hwd was working, but he could not be responsible for TIM’s coverage. At a TIM store! Surreal. Be aware and be careful of doing any business with TIM in Italy!
