La Villa Hotel

La Villa Hotel is situated very beautifully in the midst of the vineyards, which is a fantastic location for a nice vacation. Also the rooms do have very lovely details and are quiet spacious. However, we felt that the price-performance ratio was just not correct. This was due to the following reasons:1. the bathroom was very dark and we did not have a hand shower2. the rooms were spacious and had many details, it was just not fully clean, e.g. we had some spiderwebs in the corner of the air conditioning and some dust here and there - nothing too bad, but for this price range we would have expected a different standard3. the pool area did have enough daybeds, but not enough sun umbrellas for all of the guests and they were quiet worn out. We found out that they could not hand out the beddings due to corona which is absolutely understandable but then I need to communicate it and make sure that the day beds are also comfortable when not using any cushions4. the Restaurant and the staff was absolutely fantastic, but during our time at the pool no service was offered, some guest did leave their glasses there, which was not so nice and nobody came by to offer us something to drink. When we did ask for drinks at the bar, they were quiet pricey too - we ordered a gin and tonic and were charged 12€ for a regular class in a plastic cup.We still had a really nice time, thus I’m awarding 4 stars, just overall I think it would make sense to work on some of the details or the price to make it even more perfect.Thank you for your hospitality!

We had no idea what to expect on our visit to La Villa...The reviews were great but never have been to this area before we hoped" it would be a nice place. It was not only nice...it was a special place. We were blown away by the beauty & the vibe created by the owner & her staff. You have to be able to dial it back & relax & La Villa makes the possible. The property ...the rooms...the open space & the views ...WOW!A great breakfast ...simple but very good lunch...excellent dinner ...great lobby bar...and the room was beautiful.It was also a value second to none!A great owner ( we talked for a while our 2nd night ) and a staff that was always there when needed...What a surprise ...LOVED THIS PLACE!"

Posto sublime, un vero angolo nascosto dove potersi godere il benessere e la piacevolezza della location.Ristorante super!Eleganza e ricercatezza sono le parole d’ordine!

Ci sono stata per un pranzo veloce con un'amica straniera, personale gentile e accogliente, con una buonissima padronanza della lingua inglese. Servizio curato, ottimo il club sandwich e la panna cotta che ho provato. La location è spettacolare.

Spectacular hotel with incredible gardens. It feels like you’re staying at someone’s home rather than a hotel. Wonderful service, and very attentive.The only thing that we were disappointed by was being charged for full bottles of wine during a wine tasting, which we only had a taste of. This was on top of the wine tasting service charge. We did feedback to the team and received partial compensation back, but this should have been managed better. Thank you for everything else, we look forward to our next stay.

Siamo stati ospiti per un matrimonio, accoglienza impeccabile, molto disponibili per i bambini, ottima vista

Semplicemente meraviglioso. Le camere sono molto eleganti e dotate di ogni comfort. Dalla finestra si possono ammirare le colline con le viti. Il ristorante è eccellente. I piatti sono ricercati e la materia prima fa da padrone. Io ho scelto i gamberi (crudi) con fois gras e gelato al pistacchio e tonno in crosta su purè di fave. Tutto eccezionale (anche la presentazione). Mio marito ha scelto gli agnolotti e l'anatra e mia figlia vitello tonnato e tagliata. È stata una cena davvero prelibata. E cosa dire della colazione? Una simile varietà non ha concorrenti. Dallo yogurt fatto in casa, ai succhi tutti homemade, alle brioches, ai formaggi, ai salumi, al pane caldo, alle marmellate e ai pancake con banana e gianduia o con ricotta e miele...tutto davvero eccellente. Un grazie alla titolare e a tutto lo staff per aver reso la nostra prima uscita di casa dopo tanto tempo davvero indimenticabile. A presto!

I came here only for dinner to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. I was a returning customer and the first time I had dinner here was great. The view and the setting was again amazing, facing the winery on a sunset. Wine list was also quite generous but the 'a la carte' menu wasn't available anymore, only the 'tasting menu' so we were forced to eat things that we didn't particularly like. First entry was a small bread with one anchovy accompanied by some tomato juice, nothing impressive. We really enjoyed the 'carne cruda' the raw meat. But the spaghetti 'cacio e pepe' let us down, first of all this is not a local dish, more of a Roman specialty. But rule of thumb for 'cacio e pepe' is that it should be served on fresh pasta not on spaghetti. Anyway you can't serve cheap spaghetti on such an expensive tasting menu. Then came the sesame crusted seared tuna, which again is a simple dish, not local, but again nothing special. Can't complain about the service, everyone was nice but the bill came to 160 euro with one cheap bottle of wine, way overpriced given the low quality of the food. Wasn't surprised that customers were all foreigners, it's probably their target but for sure I won't come back.

La Villa Hotel è un posto da sogno, immerso nelle verdi colline riesce a farvi vivere giorni indimenticabili.La cura dei dettagli è una coccola, le stanze sono bellissime.La proprietaria è gentilissima, simpatica e disponibile.La cucina poi...vi lascerà senza fiato.Andateci e godetevi il soggiorno, non resterete delusi.
