The drop-off process was very good, close to the train station, easy and the people at the hotel was very geltle but the pick-up was quite messy due to the personale on the evening front desk who didnt know about the system or the existence of the bounce app. They were doing the check-in of some other guests and also took a lot of time to explain them who were we and why we are asking for some stored luggage if we are not hosted at the hotel. We almost lost our train back to the airport but I am sure all that happened becouse the worker at the front desk was new and nobody explain her/him about the system. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Very convenient to the train station, quick and easy! Make sure you take pictures of your bags in advance to save some time to explore Lucca!

Super friendly, super easy and allowed us to wander the streets of this incredible town without emcumberance.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I was comfortable leaving our luggage with them. It was not locked up in a secure area, but was within their sight.
