What a beautiful and deep retreat. I went there with stomach issue and pain, after one week of intense meditation, yoga an great healing sessions, I left with no pain and was able to let go all my emotion witch create my pain.

I spent a private retreat weekend with Tanya and Michael in August this year. They were simply amazing hosts and coaches combined. The meditation in the thermal springs, the deep reiki and Tibetan sound treatments were one of a kind, as were the many conversations we had over our dinners. I left the weekend feeling positively refreshed, energized and also deepened in some very good and necessary ways. I highly recommend spending some time with Tanya and Michael whether in Tuscany (Bagno Vignoni is fantastic) or in Goa. They are very special indeed.

Tanya and Michael are two wonderful hosts and teachers. Their kindness, warmth, wisdom and joy have granted me the most nurturing, de-stressing and relaxing experience in recent years.I love starting the day with morning yoga and water meditation guided by Tanya; Michael’s healing sessions made me feel completely re-energised and light-as-a-feather; Tanya’s dance session and walking meditation are extremely healing. Our daily pre-dinner conversations over cocktails were very thought-provoking, yet filled with laughter. Their lovely kids are two wonderful little angels, who brought us tremendous joy.Bagno Vignoni is a beautiful village with impressive historical legacy. What a wonderful oasis!This retreat has exceeded my highest expectations. It was difficult to bid Tanya and Michael farewell. I wish to return very soon!

Just got back from our couple retreat in Goa with Tanya and Michael. A beautiful experience that went beyond our expectations. Amazing people and souls to connect with. An enrichment to our path with life enhancing tools to continue with. Highly recommend it!

An amazing milestone Birthday experience!Spending my Birthday at this retreat was one of my best decisions ever!Tania and Michael are marvellous hosts and my Beyond experience truly did go beyond what I could've hoped for.Their combined knowledge, experience, and willingness to share was incredibly enriching.Tania is very intune.I was touched by her kind and thoughtful gestures throughout the day on my Birthday. The whole family are wonderful!It's impossible to choose my favourite part of the program as everything about the retreat was really quite magical,.including the hotel and surroundings.This was a true gift for the body and soul and I'm very grateful for the experience.My only regret is not extending my stay for a day or so longer to enjoy more of the beautiful village.

I’m so grateful to have met Tanya and Michael! I decided to go to their 5 days Life Changing Spiritual Retreat after I quit my job and was at my lowest point and I can truly say those two beautiful souls helped bring hope and joy back to my life and gave me the strength to move forward. I could’t expect more from the experience and it kepts its promise of being life changing. My days started with a view of the beautiful Val d’Orcia from my hotel room and included morning yoga, water and walking meditation, healing and energising sessions and health consultations. Tanya and Michael tailored my program according to my needs and most times went beyond the scheduled hours extending their work during the lovely dinners we had with their two beautiful kids or while walking around Bagno Vignoni village. Even now, months after my retreat, I still hear from them and receive encouraging texts that just make my day and encourage me to keep my daily meditation practice, but mostly remind me to listen to and follow my heart (as Tanya always says). This retreat goes beyond a usual yoga and meditation retreat and I would highly recommend it to everyone the feel the need to reconnect with their true self and are ready to take the next step in life in understanding themselves and their mission

Where do I begin…. This experience was life changing for me. I live a privileged life, have loving friends and family, but felt I was lacking real substance/purpose. I had also recently undergone hardship leaving me very unhappy.Right from the beginning I felt warm, welcoming love from both Tanya and Michael. You could be having the worst day of your life, and I genuinely believe after spending 20 minutes with Tanya, you would come out with a smile on your face. She was absolutely meant for this. Not to take away from michael at all!! Tanya especially just made such an everlasting impression on me.From the mediation, the yoga, the energy healing with Michael, after every session I felt more and more connected with myself. A sense of true confidence, and with every day, feeling closer to my purpose.The hot springs, hotel, restaurants were all such an incredible added bonus. A genuinely lovely atmosphere.I left this retreat a better person.Couldn’t be happier that I decided to do this.Thank you both so very much,Vince ❤️
