Always ask: to see the meter, and get a receipt. We were told it was a flat rate to go somewhere where there shouldn’t have been a flat rate, he put his phone over the meter so we couldn’t see it… and we were just too stressed to get there in time and were tired so we didn’t argue when we should have. Scam for sure.

Hit or miss. We got scammed once when we stepped into a taxi. He wouldnt turn on the meter and when it was time to pay he made up a fee and then only accepted cash. Beware of the scammers. Most taxis are good and reliable. Its the few that ruin it for everyone.

Pessimo. provo a chiamare perché avevamo il treno alle 10.30 e alle 9.30 ancora niente, nn risponde per ben 4 volte ed eravamo 7 persone tra cui anche bambini, chiamo il taxi che arriva subito, e mi mandano un msg che si è bucata la ruota, ma dico almeno rispondere e mandare qlc altro

UNRELIABLE at best - we booked a cab to the airport with them to the airport - We spoke with them 3 times the day before and they said someone will defiantly come ..... NO ONE EVER CAME, then they even denied that we had booked a van with them .... we sent them a screenshot of the WhatsApp that showed they confirmed, never heard anything back after that ....... Don't book with them unless you want to be left stranded

I'm amazed from the service that these guys are offering, fair price professional drivers and believe it or not loyal people which is difficult to find these days we had a wonderful and safe journey i highly recommend it from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!!!
