Enterprise Rent-A-car

My flight had a short delay, and the policy on Enterprise’s website suggests they will keep their desk open to ensure that I could complete my onward details (they had my flight information)… they didn’t and I then spent five hours sleeping on the floor of the airport waiting for them to open.Enterprise’s mission statement includes “To exceed our customers' expectations for service, quality and value.”… Enterprise you failed.

Didn’t rent but answered my questions over the phone, couldn’t get any other car rental company to do that around there

This place is excellent. We rented a car here online prior to our visit to Rome and Puglia. When we arrived the car that we requested was ready for us and Paola was very helpful, friendly and professional. A few days into our trip, on Saturday night, my tire blew out and we needed help immediately since we could not complete our trip on a donut tire (I replaced the blown tire myself). We called Enterprise at Fiumiccino on Sunday morning and Julia was THE BEST! She located a similar replacement car as close to us as possible and we were able to pick it up by lunchtime. Extremely fast efficient and friendly service. Thank you so much for making a bad situation as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend for your trip to Rome.

Second level floor, search for signs for “Rental car” once you get to the entrance of the airport.The lady who served us was a class act. I’m always wary of people who try to scam us with these rental cars.But Enterprise has been good to us, so I must admit, they have good service and 100% transparency

No frills, but no problems, good polite service

I had booked a Nissan Kashkai SUV or similar and was upgraded to a Volvo XC40 which was a very smooth experience at Fiumicino airport in Rome terminal 3 C building on September 8th. I had pre-booked it months in advance. The unlimited mileage experience lasted until September 22nd and returning was even smoother. Highly recommended.
