I do not recommend this Company! They are dishonest and their customer service is terrible!!!We were sailing with them last week and we had some sort of engine failure. When we were speaking with them over the phone, they did not recommend any possible quick checks and fixes, instead they pointed us directly back into harbor, from where we were coming. When the service came, we found out that our issue was a closed valve for diesel fuel which was located under the bed in one of the cabins. The valve was not covered/protected with anything, so one of our crew members must have closed it while going in and out of the cabin or when he was sleeping. The whole intervention lasted around 10 minutes (5 minutes for the help by landing in the harbor (with dead steering wheel) and 5 minutes for the service guy, which found the problem immediately). When we came back and did Check-out, they charged us 200 Euros for the intervention.I think this is extremely unfair. Clearly, they do not know their boats or they don't want to tell the customer what he could do, to try to fix the problem, they just want to make it look like you did something for what they can charge you later.And to make it even worse, when we were trying to speak about the problem with company owner, he just hung up on us in the middle of phone call.I have sailed a lot with my family since I was a kid, and now I am making my own skipper tours. We(I) have never got to deal with anything like that before. The way people talk to you here is just terrible. Its all about the money and nothing about the customers. They are far the worst company for renting a yacht in Croatia!Jadranka yachting - never again!

I do not recommend this company, they are not fair. In marina Susak, the incoming ferry caused a wave that displaced my yacht and caused damage. Jadranka decided it was not my fault, they promised to help me recover the deposit. A year has passed and I have not received any help, they misled me many times.

Wir hatten eine Sun Odysee 33 in den Sommerferienfür zwei Wochen gechartert.Nettes Personal, klasse Abwicklung aber katastrophales Boot...Der Tiefenmesser war defekt..Der Gestank nach Diesel in der Achterkabine war fast nicht auszuhalten...Das Aufladen der Batterien mit dem Motor ging auch nicht immer...Sehr schlechte Reinigung vor dem Törn...Nicht mal der Kompass hat funktioniert...Ungepflegt, Leinen, Relingsdraht usw...Absolut kein Entgegenkommen bezüglich Rückerstattungoder Gutschrift...Niemals wieder...der einzige Stern ist geschenkt.NEVEREVER !!!

Der Basemanager in Pula war unfreundlich, verbal aggressiv, wenig kooperativ und schikanierend. Das Schiff war nicht sauber und in einem mässig guten Zustand. Ich werde nie mehr bei Jadranka Yachting ein Schiff chartern.

Great charter company , good boat selection and service.

We sailed from marina Mali Losinj. Communication was without problems, so was the boat.Sailboat was brand new, so I even didn’t expect any troubles.

Wir haben in der Basis Mali Losinj die ESSI für eine Woche gechartert. Tolles Revier, die Yacht war in gutem Zustand und das Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!
