Furla

Was staying in San Gimignano late last year and before we could check into our hotel my Mum and I decided to have a peak in Furla, see what the bags and purses are like. We were greeted by a lovely lady who worked there and we were having a nice chat with her, then came in the awful man who I assume is the store owner. He was so unprofessional and rude, basically telling us if we're not going to buy anything, then we are wasting our time and his. Even the other clerk looked horrified by his behaviour. I'd recommend you don't waste your time

Siamo entrati in questo negozio perché mia moglie ha rotto la catenina della sua borsetta Furla, siamo stati accolti dal proprietario che subito con la sua gentilezza si è prodigato nel tentare di riparare la catenina. Poiché eravamo di passaggio e dovevamo ripartire, ha tralasciato la riparazione e ci ha regalato una catenina nuova. È bello vedere come a volte il marchio fa acquisire al negozio un certo prestigio ma è altrettanto vero che spesso il proprietario del negozio con la sua capacità e la sua attenzione verso il cliente fa acquisire prestigio al marchio stesso e questo è il caso.

Love the brand, but a very rude store manager (named Ridi Gianni) who continued to be unpleasant and unwelcoming. I took a photo of a bag (while I was wearing a Furla bag might I add) and he continued to say very rude and hurtful things - belittling you, assuming that you couldn’t afford it hence taking a photo. I walked out the store after 3 minutes of verbal assault. He should not be representing the face of the brand - doing the brand a major disservice!

I went shopping for an early Christmas present for my sister. The store was nicely laid out with a good selection of current Furla bags as well as some on sale. The shop keeper was very nice and patient with my questions and sending some pictures to my sister of the different bags. Only issue was filling out the VAT refund documentation. The clerk put my name in wrong and picked the wrong country of origin. Double check your VAT receipts this will prevent delays in getting your refund.

Very unpleasant experience, the man was actually making fun of me, saying to take some pictures because that’s the only way I’ll have that handbag I was looking at. I honestly didn’t know if he’s serious or joking in the first place but then he continued mentioning that I’m buying in outlet only anyway so basically better to go out of his shop as I can’t afford anything in there.I like the brand but they should choose better the persons who represent them!
