Poste Italiane

Ho spedito un pacco da Roma a Napoli. Risulta consegnato in data 14 dicembre alle 13:35, ovviamente il destinatario non ha ricevuto nulla. Sono andata alle poste qui a Roma. Dove mi hanno stampato tutto per fare il reclamo. La bolla non è stata mai firmata, perciò non si sà chi ha preso il pacco e la cosa assurda risulta che il destinatario sono io. Se sono a Roma ed il postino/corriere ha consegnato a Napoli, come è possibile che mette che l'ha consegnato al destinatario mettendo il nome del Mittente? Cosa vogliamo fare? Il pacco lo vogliamo consegnare al destinatario? Tanto adesso vi arriva il reclamo e la denuncia. Come lavorate? Scrivete consegnato e come Destinatario mettete il nome del Mittente. Io dico boh.... Poi la bolla va firma invece magicamente non è stata firmata da nessuno. Chi ha preso questo pacco? Tutto quello che ho scritto, l'ho scritto all'ufficio reclami, inviando tutta la documentazione. I pacchi vanno consegnati ai destinatari e no che li fate sparire. Io domani vado pure alla sede centrale di viale Europa. Vi faccio chiamare da loro, dal direttore generale delle poste. Questo pacco deve uscire fuori. I pacchi li dovete consegnarli e no impossesarvene voi. Voi di Matteotti ci mettete zero a risalire al furbetto/a di turno, che il 14 dicembre doveva consegnare il pacco a via Pasquale scura. Iniziate a prendere provvedimenti con chi nonlavora seriamente. Adesso allego pure la foto dove risulta consegnato. Se il pacco esce fuori cancellerò la recensione altrimenti resta. Oggi 12 gennaio, dopo quasi un mese che ho scritto questa recensione, mi arriva l'email da poste che il pacco è stato smarrito. Ma vi rendete conto da voi che quel corriere si è impossessato del pacco visto che ha scritto consegna ed ha messo data ed ora. Ce la faccio a rintracciare il corriere Lupin (perché non è un corriere fa lo stesso lavoro di Lupin) a denunciarlo per falsa consegna?

We posted a parcel from Naples to the UK. Despite speaking very little Italian, we managed to do what we needed thanks to getting help at every step from the brilliant Poste Italiane staff. There is a ticket machine for the queue at the entrance. A person is assigned to stand next to the queue ticket machine to help those who might have any difficulty to press for the correct queue button - separate queues for parcels, letters and something else. Then you just keep an eye on the electronic display to wait until your number is called to a specific counter. As it all numbers - your number in the queue and the number of the counter, you don't even need to speak the language. Then ourselves, and we witness many others doing the same, given a declaration ti fill for the international parcel, and there are the desks where you can do it comfortably, and the Poste Italiane staff at the counter keeps an eye on you, finishing your declaration (!), while serving other customers, and wayves you back in, as soon as they are free to finish with your parcel. The staff at the counter who was serving us was speaking good English as well. Amazing: they thought of everything to run it smoothly. Bravo Poste Italiane!

I wanted to send some postcards, before I left Naples and thought, this might be the place to do it. There is nothing written in english, no place to buy stamps, the machine for the queue offers to select a language, but when you click on it, you can only select Italian. After some searching I found another ticket machine, which offers you to go to a counter with an English speaking employee. I chose that option, took ticket 019 and thought: great, that's only gonna take a moment, because the number for that counter is 017. I was wrong, but sunk cost fallacy prevented me from leaving and after one hour I got to the counter, where the employee barely spoke english and didn't know what to do with the postcards, so he send me to another counter, where the employee spoke no English at all. But somehow we managed, eventho I sent only 8 of the original 12 postcards I came with. What happened to the other 4 is a mystery to me. There is poster, that this is a new multilingual post office, but that is obviously untrue.

Ho inviato un regalo del valore di 350 euro in Turchia, mi hanno detto che sarebbe arrivato in 3 settimane al massimo. Ho aspettato 4 mesi e non è arrivato. Poi hanno inviato un'e-mail dicendo che era scomparso. Dissero che avevano perso il pacco ma che non avrebbero pagato nemmeno 1 euro perché non c'era l'assicurazione. Incredibile.

If you are a foreigner, I don’t recommend you to come alone - despite some officers speak English, they are not helpful and cheerful at all, and you will be left alone with filling all the forms and trying to guess what you need to do.And of course, the waiting time is at least an hour almost at any time, and if you need to correct something, you need to take again place in the queue and wait for another hour.Just disgusting, avoid if possible

Non si riesce a parlare al telefono sono giorni che chiamo e nulla . Pazzesco

Se si deve fare una qualche operazione mi sono quasi sempre trovato bene andando verso l'orario di chiusura delle 19. In genere è relativamente affollato e prendendo il numero se si è fortunati si riesce a sbrigarsi in tempi brevi. Poi certo si beccano le giornate no dove c'è stato qualche blocco ed allora è meglio desistere.

Un edificio imponente dalla forma circolare come simbolo di perfezione. Certo non passa inosservato e devo dire che anche all'interno mette un senso di timore, cosi grande, cosi maestoso. Chissà se l'ultimo sportello in fondo a destra è ancora dedicato alle emissioni dei francobolli ed agli annulli primo giorno di emissione... i collezionisti capiranno.

I went there to send my kit for immigration office because I’m international student in here , an as far as you can see in this picture its written language in English or others , im able to speak english only in this languages, so i selected only that one , then when its was my turn i went there and there was old women who talks with me in very unpleasant way , she said your are not English person (only she said English person )so you can not apply for this ticket i said why its written language and she shouted at me and she said no this is not for you ,only for english people and i told her as far as i can see and i hope you can see its written language not nationality and much more arguments . She did my job but in unpleasant way
