The friendliest staff we've ever met at car rental! Car was perfect and almost brand new (2000 km driven). Everything explained clearly, shown to the parking where the car was located and excellent spoken English.

Be aware of this company. The original branch at the central station was closed without informing anyone who already made the reservation. Secondly, I went to this branch on the official opening time but found it closed and waited for an hour but never opened.Last thing, when I asked for refund later, they told me that I didn’t make the payment even though I booked the vehicle through the official app store application and provided the proof.Do I have the right to call them theives? Surrrrre.

Обманщики и мошенники! Сначала с нас просили доплату за Мерседес, который мы и так забронировали и оплатили. Также условия по топливу были полный взял-полный сдал. Нам дали 2/3 бака, сказав, что это не проблема. Сдали мы чуть меньше. При сдаче сказали, что вычтут из депозита. Да, вычли!!! Бензин в 2 раза выше ценой, плюс какой-то сервис за заправку (какую???если после нас так же кто-то взял и сам заправил!!!). Каким-то чудесным образом они посчитали и взяли за 20 литров, хотя и 10 литров не было разницы. Вобщем взяли 70 евро!!!! Безусловно, в этом есть и наша ошибка, не изучили под микроскопом договор на английском. А подобные конторки только этим и пользуются! Никому не советуем!!!

Great! The guy was super friendly and helped us fill up gas since we didn't know how to in Italy. He also ordered a taxi for us to our hotel.

Wrong location!!The car rental is actually located in the train station, Verona Porto Nuova, beside the taxi rank.I wasted an hour walking to this address that was on the pick up as per my booking and Google.I had to call 5 different phone numbers before someone answered and told me that the car and office was actually at the train station.The person at the desk was very helpful but the customer service lines and on Facebook were no help.

Ho noleggiato tramite, rentalcare con prezzi moltonragionevoli, mi sono diretto alla compagnia dove ho scelto il veicolo Up Volkswagen benzina e metano, nuovissima pochissimi km, e con un pieno di 11kg di metano si arriva a fare 300km circa. Consiglio di non rifornirsi al primo rifornimento vicino l'aereoporto in quanto il metano li è abbastanza caro ma di fare qualche km in più e trovate il metano a prezzo ragionevoli, auto comoda consigliata.
