The guy is very helpful and friendly. He speaks fluent Italian, Urdu, Punjabi and can manage conversation in English. We had an issue with Flixbus but we could not resolve as it was difficult to explain in Italian. He spoke with the company on phone on our behalf and resolved the issue.
