Personale assolutamente scortese, nessuna spiegazione su come acquistare e provare, un'accoglienza terribile. Mai visto un disordine ed una maleducazione del genere, poi ancora peggio considerando la posizione.I guanti sono ottimi ma a causa del servizio non si meritano di più che 1. Da evitare proprio.

Guanti belli. Mi si erano rovinati all'interno e li avevo portati in negozio per un parere. Ho trovato poco cordialità, mi parlava andando avanti a fare quello che stava facendo senza darmi attenzione. Questo non dovrebbe succedere in nessun negozio, via della spiga o no!

I’ve been searching for the perfect leather gloves with the right fit for over a decade, and the search is finally over! When I walked into the shop, the owner took my hand to see the size, and came out with the most perfect fit and color. Then when I asked about other colors, brought out a whole roll of options. He guided me through every step and even gave me a suggestion which I loved more than the one I thought I wanted.The gloves are the best I’ve worn in my life, but the experience brought it over the top. The owner is so kind, and knowledgeable. I left with two pairs of gloves that I love. I can’t wait to go back and buy more!

Se cercate un paio di guanti di qualità anche senza spendere cifre folli qui siete nel posto giusto. I guanti sono di pelle vera e prodotti in Italia. I prezzi vanno dai 30 ai 165 euro per guanti da donna e da 30 a 125 per guanti da uomo. Io ho acquistato dei guanti di Capretto con l'interno in Cashmere, tengono calde e protette le mani dal freddo milanese. I guanti sono disponibili in vari colori e in carie lunghezze: normali, al gomito, sopra il gomito e oltre il gomito.

I visited Sermoneta Gloves in November of 2021, so the experience was a while ago, but I had such a lovely time shopping that I still feel compelled to leave a review! I knew when I stopped in Milan that I wanted to buy some leather gloves (I had purchased some gloves in Florence years earlier that were unlined) to keep my hands warm when I went to DC in January of 2022. I was treated very well by the staff, who measured my hands and offered advice on which styles would best suit my needs. I ended up leaving with three pairs after looking through endless color options, but they were always patient and incredibly kind to me throughout my time there. The man who rang me up even went into great detail to explain how I could get the VAT cost back (I mentioned I was from America), and he organized all the papers I would need for it in my bag. It was wonderful to be treated so kindly, and the gloves looked beautiful and kept my hands safe from the chill of Milan, Salamanca, Madrid, and DC! I am so excited to pull them back out for the upcoming cold season, too!
