L'ufficio informazioni e accoglienza turistica di Greve in chianti è il posto in cui lavoro. Da poco tempo ha una nuova gestione e stiamo cercando di lavorare insieme alle attività ricettive, commerciali ed alle aziende della zona in modo da poter offrire un servizio sempre migliore. Quando si gioca alla caccia al tesoro,non si trova prima il tesoro,gli uffici turistici e le toilette pubbliche(anche se a pagamento) dovrebbero stare prima del paese,poi se come scrivono gli stranieri non sono cordiali,e inutile fare le nozze con i fichi secchi,come si dice in Toscana.

Molto facile da trovare , prche' si trova nella piazza Matteotti proprio difronte al comune di Greve : personale molto preciso e gentile.

Whilst the lady that gave us the information was very polite and nice, the information was completely wrong. We went in to ask about he bus to Florence timetable and what she showed us is inaccurate and outdated. We missed our bus by 10 minutes and had to wait 2 more hours for the next one (Saturday schedule).

The most unfriendly people I have ever met. We've been in Greve for a nearly a month, and have gone into the tourist office several times to ask about nearby events and information. In each case we have witnessed other tourists being treated dismissively, and with no care or interest shown by the staff. We have also been treated the same way ourselves. The older lady who works there should just retire if she hates tourists so much - a fact that is clearly evident on her face when when she finally does acknowledge visitors to the office.
