Ho chiesto un toner e dal momento che non c'è l'avevano, solo per cercare di vendermi qualcosa, mi hanno consigliato una tinta permanente dicendo che sarebbe sfumato o che comunque non si sarebbe neanche vista, io mi sono fidataCapelli rovinati.Per 11 euro! Vergognatevi!

I bought a straightener from here for 50€ and when brought it home it didn’t even get remotely hot enough to straighten my hair. I tried to return it and they told me that I couldn’t. I also had purchased heat protectant spray that the woman picked out for me and when I brought it home the bottle was so sticky and soapy I had to clean it off in my sink. Now I’m out €50 and definitely won’t be purchasing from here ever again.
