Beautiful hotel with fantastic service. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is very clean. The view from the bar overlooking the ocean is just stunning! Well worth enjoying a meal and sundowner whilst watching the sun set.

For us the hotel has a maximum 3-star rating, but charges 5-star prices. The rooms are old, everything is dirty, and hardly cleaned. The rooftop pool is advertised nicely, but in reality it's located in the middle of the restaurant with cloudy water and birds drinking from it. The staff is grumpy, and two juices cost 20 euros. If the hotel was advertised as a 3-star with cheaper prices, the location would be dominant and the reviews would be better. And the highlight, our room didn't have any windows - that's just outrageous.

We stayed a couple of nights at the property and we were glad to receive a phenomenal hospitality.Everything was above our expectations and we surely be back in the near future.Thanks to the Grand Hotel team!!!

Not worth the price. Service is so so. Spa was a disappointment and in general a bit worn down. But I will highlight the portier - always very nice and attentive and the Bartender on the 5th floor - they deserve a big raise. The rest of the service was acceptable at best - some were just a bit uptight.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, non appena arrivati notiamo la bellissima struttura che affaccia sul mare, ma appena entrati in camera tutto cambia. Abbiamo trovato una camera piccola e piena di polvere, alcune parti dei mobili rovinate, la base della porta del bagno rovinata dall'acqua che fuoriusciva dalla doccia e dal lavandino, alcuni punti della vasca e del soffione della doccia con punti di muffa. Unica nota positiva, la finestra che affaccia sul mare! Alla reception al check out, ci hanno chiesto come fosse andata, la nostra risposta è stata molto al di sotto delle aspettative" la loro risposta è stata un semplice ci dispiace! La colazione?? Fatela al bar! 20€ di colazione a persona e si hanno moscerini sulla frutta e sul cibo! Indecente! Prima di andare via decidiamo di andare alla spa

El hotel tiene unas vistas impresionantes. El personal es muy servicial y atento. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas. Tiene problemas de humedad que se veían en los defectos de la pintura y sobretodo se olían ya que había olor a humedad y moho en la habitación pero en un edificio antiguo en primera línea de mar era de esperar. El baño está muy antiguo y las contraventanas están para restaurar. El desayuno estaba muy bueno.

Das Hotel ist keine 5 Sterne wert. Es gibt kein Bügeleisen auf dem Zimmer. Im Bad waren mehrere Schimmelbefallene Stellen.Viel zu überteuerte Preise an der Bar. 15€ für ein Glas Weißwein (nicht gekühlt und geschmacklich absolut keine 15€ wert).Frühstück war unterirdisch, haben es auch nur einmal ausprobiert. Vom Brot bis hin zum Obst absolut nicht frisch, der Cappuccino war wässrig .Im Pool auf dem Rooftop schwimmen zwischendurch mal Möwen und Tauben( sorry ist einfach nur eklig).Kein Personal das fragt ob man was trinken will, sehr unfreundlich an der Bar. Englisch spricht so gut wie niemand.Das Personal im Restaurant sehr unfreundlich und ich könnte die Liste noch weiter fortführen aber das würde den Rahmen sprengen. Ich kann das Hotel absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.Preis- Leistung stimmen NULL überein.

The location was nice, great view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms need renovation, and a good cleaning service. Toilet and bathroom very very dirty with mold and dust that is like forever years old. Poor breakfast, not worth the price.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen..das Bad auf unserem Zimmer war voll schwarzem Schimmel. die Benutzung des spa Bereichs kostet pro Person 40 Euro eintritt.dieser Preis wird auch noch eine stunde vor Schluss erhoben.. geöffnet hatte er auch erst ab 15 uhr. Es ist zwar ein grosses Hotel..aber ein grand Hotel ist es sicher nicht..wir kommen garantiert nicht wieder....
