Marina Palermo Galizzi

We went to Palermo to shelter from bad weather. It wasn’t a planned stop so we needed a quick response regarding availability. Initially we sent a request via Navily but we got an immediate reply to our request by the old fashioned method of calling them directly. It was good that we did as generally the emails are not monitored at weekends. The marinero Antonio was very efficient and friendly, helping us dock and giving us all the info we needed regarding our stay. It’s a great place to stay, right in the centre of a historic city. The water isn’t potable so suitable for deck washing only.

The marina is just 5 minutes from the old town centre, yet it is very peaceful and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff who will give you advice on what to see and where to eat. Ormeggiatore Antonio is very handy man and always ready to find solutions to any problems. The sanitary facilities are new and nicely equipped. They just need someone to clean them more regularly. Highly recommended!
