Ho richiesto un preventivo, dopo averli sentiti telefonicamente. Non solo non mi hanno risposto alla mail, ma si sono giustificati dicendo In magazzino quei dispositivi non li abbiamo ad oggi"! Normale non avere della merce in magazzino

Unlimited Internet is not unlimited but 30GBI ordered unlimited internet via vodaphone from Snap Phone, I used the bundle for work and netflix, closed 2 x in the perido of 2 months, then I also received an invoice for replacing the SIM card, a bit childish, otherwise it took company not responsible at all, it was all my own fault, I should not have used more than 30GB because this is supposedly established by the fair use policy in Italy, Unlimited is not 30GB but luckily I ended up at TIM where I have no problem with my data, of course I got my money back, but I think Snap Phone should have informed me better, I asked several times if it was unlimited, yes of course, not a good experience for me with Snap Phone because I have days without internet.

De multe ori in vacantele mele, am nevoie de telefon satelitar, am apelat la mai multe companii pana am descoperit Snap Phone. Voi apela la ei de fiecare data de acum inainte, oamenii de acolo chiar sunt dedicati si implicati, dornici sa te ajute sa alegi varianta cea mai potivita pentru tine. Sunt foarte seriosi si promti. Va multumesc, ati castigat un client si va voi recomanda cu drag si altor persoane.
