Bounce Luggage Storage - Principe

Let me first say that we successfully stowed our luggage for our the day while we were exploring Genoa. This is a small hotel within an apartment building (btw-it has a beautiful stairway inside). It is about 3 blocks from the Genoa Brignole train station. When you get to the address, you ring the bell on a large outer door to get let into the building -21 (bell symbol). Then the hotel is on the 5th floor-there is an elevator. The desk clerk shows you the common “cleaning supplies” type of room that you drop your bags in to be stored. No paperwork, acknowledgment of drop off. There were about 5 other bags already stored there. We had locks on our travel backpacks and have done this type of storage before so we knew what to expect. The desk clerk was kind and friendly. Don’t have high expectations-but it serves its purpose and was fast, easy, and convenient.

Molto bene! Ragazze gentilissime mi hanno anche indicato il bagno se avessi avuto bisogno. Unica cosa vi consiglio un lucchetto se avete cose di valore.

It was a very easy drop off and pick up. It made us feel a little less secure that the bag was just set in a hall visible and right in the front door and there wasn't any ID check when we picked it up and it was a different person at the desk from when we dropped off the bag.

Nessun problema ma solo un po' di preoccupazione. Contrariamente a tanti altri posti qui c'è una stanza comune dove metti personalmente il bagaglio ed accessibile da chiunque debba lasciare o ritirare un bagaglio tramite chiave magnetica data dal personale. Però non c'è una tracciabilità del bagaglio quindi chiunque potrebbe prendere per sbaglio il tuo... Però a onore del vero anche se c'è un grande giro di persone ho ritrovato tutto com'era quindi da migliorare ma esperienza ok.

Es servicio es bueno pero encontré todas mis valijas tiradas en el piso. Supongo que eso tiene que ver con las personas que entran q sacar sus cosas y no con la empresa pero quizás debería haber alguien observando cómo se retira
