Avoid this place! We went on a CostSaver tour (under the Travel Corporation parent company, which includes Trafalgar, Insight and CostSaver) which recommended this place, probably because they get a commission for each sale from the store. We pointed out that there were far cheaper places with similar glassware and were told that these were 'premium, hand-made items'.The quality of what we were shown in the store was far better than what was eventually delivered. What's even scummier was that the store lied and mentioned that the current prices were '50% off', which is a blatant scam and false advertising. The attached photos show the glassware received, the gold- was already flaking and peeling and the glass was thin and uneven. CAM replaced some of the items but refused to replace all faulty products, which is unacceptable when we paid $3000 for what we were falsely led to believe was a 'quality' product.The business model of this company is a borderline scam, the only quality products they have are in their showroom.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Paid over $3,000 for two sets of glassware. What was delivered was atrocious! Gold peeling off, scratches everywhere, and thin glasses. Half the items were not engraved (as was promised) and the gimmick" of the red glass set did not work. Definitely NOT what was shown in the showroom. CAM did reluctantly and months later

Nice to get to see actual glass blowing live. One of the salesman told me it really wasn't worth purchasing anything less than €500 because otherwise it wasn't made by a Glass Master as they don't do the small work. I don't have the money for a big piece and I still had over a month worth of traveling in Italy so even purchasing some small pieces would be a hassle to carry around.You don't need to book a glass blowing tour in advance, at least not in the off season in January when I was there, the demonstrations are held every half hour. It costs €7. Very interesting to see as well as looking around the showroom seeing all of the work. A nice way to spend an hour or two.
