They took us on a hour boat ride and did not stop at the blue gratto because it was too busy. They knew in advance that we would not stop.

Te estafan para llegar q la gruta azurre. No contraten esta empresa, llegas a la gruta y los gondoleros solo suben a quienes les ofrecen euros (por fuera de lo pagado anteriormente a fiore). Una muy mala imagen de los italianos logran.

Noi abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza! Ci hanno rubato il portafoglio con i soldi e soprattutto tutti i documenti mentre facevamo il bagno in acqua, l’unico momento in cui abbiamo lasciato i documenti incustoditi. Delusione più totale soprattutto la strafottenza da parte dello staff che non si è completamente interessato non appena l’abbiamo comunicato. Mistero…..

Splendida gita alle grotte, bagno in acque cristalline accompagnati da grande fotografo. Da ripetere

Great experience the entire way. I recommend their private tour (not on their pamphlets). Anna was great with communication because the sea was rough and they did not recommend going out. Finally when the sea settled, our Captain, Ugo was fantastic! Took us to all the sites around the island and was really personable. All together a great group of people that perform at a 5 star level! I spoke and received quotes from several other competitors in the Grande Marina, none did not provide the service and Value that Fiore did! Thanks again!

Tour molto piacevole, giro dell'isola ben spiegato dallo speaker durante la percorrenza in mare. La barca molto grande e bella.

We got to Capri and this lady Came up to us offering the boat service for 12 people (each 25 euros) we reserved the boat for 3pm when we arrived they did not had the boat ready there and out connection boat to Salerno was leaving at 515 pm.The tour that was offered was going to 5 grottos and swim and WE DID NOT GET THAT AT ALL. He also stole 10 minutes and only took us to swim one grotto for two minutes and come back to pier. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.And the swimming was only 3 minutes.Horrible experience with them.

very annoyed with the company that promises us to see the blue cave, we only wanted to do that, we were sold a ticket to go around the island and see the blue cave and in the end the blue cave is closed, whereas we just wanted to do that... very disappointed with their way of doing things which smells like a scamResponse to the auther :you are wrong, my turn was not stopped at all, no one vomited or fainted…. what I blame you for is that you sold us tickets for a full tour when we only wanted to do the blue cave and in the end we didn't do the blue cave. Especially since we were going to another company to do the blue cave and you grabbed us while we were queuing elsewhere...

Un gran peccato! Mi era stato consigliato questo servizio per un escursione attorno a Capri. Decidiamo assieme ad in altra coppia di noleggiare una barca privata in 5 persone, ma non ci è stato possibile! Perché? Semplice non facevamo parte della stessa “famiglia”….. insomma volevano farci pagare il doppio! Al posto di 180 avremmo dovuto pagare 360… perché come dicono loro ogni “famiglia” ha il suo “contratto” da firmare!Cit. Dovremmo pur guadagnare no!?Rispondo qui in quanto non posso rispondere sotto. Io ho assistito alla scena e non sono la diretta interessata! Tanto che io sono venuta con dei colleghi e amici conosciuti a Napoli.. senza usufruire del servizio vedendo e ascoltando ciò che era successo. quindi vale la stessa regola dello stesso nucleo!? Tanto che eravamo in 5 e abbiamo usufruito da in altra parte senza problemi firmando il normale contratto.

La migliore compagnia di sempre,ogni anno ritorno e loro sono sempre cordiali e gentili.Titolari originali capresi che conoscono perfettamente la storia della loro incantevole isola .Super consigliato
