Olivando - The Best EVOO From Italy
I received Olivando as a gift. Loved it so much I ran to order more. Citrusy smooth and delicious with crusty bread or a leafy salad. Not mention paired with balsamic vinegar. I also love they brought a 300 year old olive grove back to life with tender loving care. Can't wait for the next crop! Absolutely recommend.

Olivando - The Best EVOO From Italy
I was so excited to receive my shipment of Olivando olive oil before Christmas, and was planning to keep it all myself, but ended up gifting 2 of the cans to family members. I couldn't keep it all to myself because the oil is so amazingly fresh, smooth, herbacious, and light. And I love that Marco and Amanda have revived over 500 trees on their centuries-old family olive farm! Can't wait until the next batch is ready so I can order again!

Olivando - The Best EVOO From Italy
I am a person who loves olive oil. like, by the spoonful! I've tasted the best olive oils from around Spain, Italy and California... And what a lovely addition Olivando makes to the world of olive oil! It is beyond fresh, super tasty and has just the right amount of spiciness! I use it on all salads, obviously! But most recently I drizzle it on my BLT's for the most luxurious mid-western sandwich! Oh, and a spoonful of olive oil, a sprinkle of salt and some chocolate chips is my ultimate dessert! (I wasn't lying when I said I eat it by the spoonful!)Last year was Olivando's first year - and I purchased several tins as Christmas gifts. My only regret is not buying more! I can't wait for it to go back on sale this fall!

Olivando - The Best EVOO From Italy
Olivando EVOO is exceptional! I have primarily used it as a finishing oil. Like any good millennial, I start most days with avocado toast and a drizzle of this organic olive oil. I love bringing it out when I have guests for dinner as well. Being able to share this yummy olive oil, the back story, and just being confident in the thoughtful practices that go into making this product feels great. Highly recommend!

For their first year in operation I couldn't be more impressed! Order was filled and arrived in 3 days from ship date, packed so there was NO damage coming such a long way! Amazing. Olivando is as fresh as it gets with a hint of citrus and peppery note. Love to use fresh on toasted artisan bread, pasta salads and getting creative with drizzle on soups, plus experiment with any number of fresh and cooked veggies! Made a great Christmas present for friends and family, especially those who are hard to buy for! Olivando is a permanent staple in my pantry!

I don't even know where to start with this review because there is so much to love. From the story of how Amanda and Marco revived a centuries old olive grove, to their specific practices of making the oil, to the beautiful tin that makes me and my husband feel like we are back in Italy every time we see it sitting on our counter, to the DELICIOUS oil itself. Every single thing about Olivando is FABULOUS. Amanda and Marco are dear friends of ours, but we believe strongly in honest reviews of products and services. So I can assure you that if this oil or their customer service practices weren't up to par, this review would be different. Long story short, the oil is amazing, we use it mostly as a finishing/dipping oil [we don't want to waste oil this good on a lot of heavy cooking that will change the flavor], the price is great, shipping was fast/the product was packaged very well, and the tins are gorgeous. We kept 5 tins and gave one as a gift, and the recipients love it just as much as we do. GET SOME! You will love it!

Olivando - The Best EVOO From Italy
In our family, we LOVE good olive oil, so when a couple of our friends who live in Italy and had recently revived a 300 year olive grove started talking about sustainable cultivating, making and selling some, our interest and excitement we peaked. Our expectations for this olive oil were quite high, and I'm happy to report that all were met and even exceeded once we tasted this delightful nectar. It's versatile, well balanced and above all it's quite delicious. Some of our favorite uses are drizzling it over Caprese salads, making fresh pasta or just sopping up the oil with a good crust of bread and a bit of salt. It doesn't need much, the oil holds it's own very well. We've had olive oil from all over the world including many from Italy, but this one tends to stand out and has become a go-to in our in-home dining experiences. I would HIGHLY recommend this oil to anyone and look forward to consuming so much more in the years to come!
