Non sto a descrivere nel dettaglio,semplicemente la cortesia e la professionalità dello staff non hanno prezzo,consigliatissimo!

Positiv: very clean hotel; staff is very friendly and helpful; pools are clean and beautiful; location is great - close to the beach, supermarket and the center of Marciana Marina;Negativ: this is not a four star hotel, it is a three star - bed and breakfast; you are not allowed to get your own coffee at breakfast and have to wait till someone comes and takes your order everytime;Real negative reason i give one star: the Manager is a desaster; he acts very friendly and sophisticated but is a passiv-aggressive, nosy person who sneaks around the guests 24/7 and checks the rooms during your stay. Absolute No-Go ! The manager acts like the guests are living in his house ! Totally disrespectful.

Very nice hotel in a very good location. The director personally is always taking care of the hotel and is also until late in the night awake to be sure his guests are safe back in the hotel. Fantastic service. Also the pools, breakfast and cleaning of the rooms - Top class! Me and my 2 boys had a fantastic time.Grazie - Family Gadner

Hotel stupendo dotato di tre piscine e situato in una posizione davvero strategica. Posto tranquillo e soprattutto eccellente nel servizio. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Anche la colazione ottima abbondante e varia. Unica pecca le camere un po' datate ma curatissime e pulite dotate di splendidi terrazzini. Che dire un albergo consigliatissimo. Spero di tornarci.

Very friendly staff, all pools were great. Rooms were clean and balcony big enough to hang towels and sip wine. Mini-fridge was very old and didnt really cool that much, which wad really inconvenient during summer. City centre and beach is 5 minute walk from hotel. Breakfast is mostly sweet (there are few packed gluten free items, which is nice), espressos are made made by staff which cam take some time.

To begin with the positive: The room was decent with a big terrace. But the hotel director is the most unfriendly, biased, aggressive and unprofessional person I‘ve ever seen. The staff was friendly but couldn’t even fix a hot coffee trying twice. Breakfast was okay but I would recommend going btw 8-9am cause they don’t refill anything so you end up with leftovers the early guests did not like. When I complained about the cold coffee that was served the director told me that „everybody is happy here“ and lied about us being loud every night. We got into a long conversation with ongoing accusations After I confronted him and explained myself several times he excused himself.My summary: I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.Friends had even more experiences with the director. I feel sorry for the staff to be honest. Watch his reply here to understand my point.

Its ok as long as you dont have to deal with the manager. His character can be best described by the answeres to bad reviews - total lack of self-reflection and quite grumpy.Staff is friendly. Rooms are ok. Cleaning the room 2 times a day and moving all baggage is quite disturbing though. Breakfast room atmosphere is quite chill.

Soggiorno magnifico, personale molto accogliente e sempre con il sorriso. Molto disponibile il proprietario che mi ha aggiunto una notte al mio soggiorno, colazione abbondante e con prodotti di qualità. Le camere erano molto pulite e venivano sistemate più volte dal personale preposto. Consigliato. Alla prossima!
