The staff were very friendly, answered all my questions and I found a nice wine in my budget which I enjoyed a lot too :-) going back for more.

We sampled oils, truffle and grappa that were recommended and bought all three. Great place to go if you want to learn more about wine, oil etc. and very reasonable prices. Very friendly staff that spoke English well. Would definitely recommend visiting if you want to bring something authentically Italian back home after vacation.

Tourist trap. Limited selection of overpriced wines. Skip, there are better places to get better wine.

TOURIST TRAP THAT DOESN'T LIKE TOURISTS. I had been treated as Thief. The manager kept a small chair in the way to keep out the more expensive wines. And even after I ordered a Brunello, he brought me a Chianti -No Brunello" - I knew exactly the prices and products as I had been in the store two hours earlier. Unfortunate. I'm an orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon

That’s a wonderful shopping for wine and truffle stuffs. They can delivered at the Hotel without charges if buying within conditions.Staffs are friendly, knowledgeable for wines that also huge benefits of shoppings.

Salesman was very rude and impolite. We were recording a small video of the wines and he was super harsh in telling us not to, for some reason. We were actually going to buy it but decided against it due to his behavior.The lady working there was actually very nice but the man was very rude.Do not go to this place if you want to be well treated.
