My partner booked this for our last day in Rome due to our flight not being till 9pm and checkout for our airbnb was 10am. We needed somewhere to store our luggage and found this. Unfortunately, when we arrived to drop off our luggage, the place was closed. We called the number and was told it wasn't likely to open till 12pm and we should have had been contacted. We had no calls/emails or texts to advise of this and only had our confirmation email. The lady we spoke to on the phone was very pleasant/helpful and arranged for hold lovely owner of the restaurant next door to held our bags for us until the shop was supposed to open. When we returned at 5pm for our bags the shop was still closed and they were still in the restaurant next door. We were grateful they kept them for us. Overall, wouldn't recommend due to the poor experience on first instance but lady who we had communication with did help greatly.

Tanja was incredible she guided us well with all the options and stored our luggage for a few hours. Strongly recommend coming here to store your luggage and experience the kindness.
