Hands down best way to see Tuscany is by bike! Can 100% recommend Ciclismoplus. We were given carbon fiber Canyon endurance bikes in excellent condition. The team was friendly and the whole experience from booking to drop off and pickup was easy and seamless. They also organize tours which we weren’t able to take advantage of, but they seem like experts and could imagine it also being worthwhile.

Brilliant company from start to finish!We booked bike hire through Ciclismoplus for a recent cycling holiday and we cannot fault their service. Despite it being an incredibly busy time of year with the Giro passing through the region, Max did everything to source us three brilliant Canyon Endurace bikes.Upon arrival we were greeted by both Max, Gabriele and Francesca. The bikes were immaculate, and they helped make the necessary adjustments to ensure our positions were correct. Francesca even provided us with an espresso which was welcome after a long journey.The bikes are to a high specification and well maintained, ideal for the surrounding climbs and descents. As we were in a remote area for our stay, we arranged for Max to collect the bikes before our departure, which made things much easier for us.We will be back! Thanks again to the team and for making us feel so welcome.

Excellent value, excellent bikes, and excellent service. I rented 2 bikes for the day, and the whole experience was awesome. These guys could charge a lot more than they do for the level of service that they’re offering. Also be sure to check out the jerseys!

I have always had a good experience while renting road bikes, especially in Europe. But my experience with Ciclismoplus was the very best. From the moment I initially contacted the company, communication with Max was friendly, professional and efficient. One aspect of customer service that I have not seen before was the taking of three measurements from my own bike so that the fit of the equipment would match. The Canyon Endurance road bike I had was light, comfortable, responsive and fit with premium group-set. While riding, I began to dream of a new bike of my own. Lucca is cycling paradise. The climbs are wonderful, the scenery is idyllic and the post-ride meals at Ciclismoplus recommended restaurants/cafes were super delicious. Thank you Max and Gabriele for a superb experience! It has never been a better time to explore the world by bicycle, and so I hope many more bicycle tour and/or rental companies will follow your example. Ciao, see you next time!
