Sehr schöne Appartments. Sehr modern eingerichtet ohne die alte Bausubstanz zu zerstören. Schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gross und mit allem erdenklichen ausgestattet. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Etwas zurückversetzt in einer Sackgasse (auf drei Seiten Kanäle) und dadurch ein bisschen weg vom Rummel. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen Supermarkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This place was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures online. My family and I loved staying here and would highly recommend it to others staying in Venice.Everything was super clean and looked brand new. The kitchen has everything you would need (cookware, dishes, top notch appliances) to be able to prepare meals and store food if that is something you are interested in doing in order to save money and cut cost while you are on vacation.You also have access to a washer, iron, and an ironing board, which came in handy since my family was vacationing in Italy for 2 weeks.I love when you leave the house because you are right by the water and a bridge, which is perfect for taking pictures. We were in the penthouse on the 3rd floor, so we also had beautiful views of the city from our windows.If I am ever in Venice again I will definitely stay here.

Well what can I say? This was the most stunning apartment I've ever stayed in. The ceilings were 6 meters high, stunning balconies and views of the canals and everything was finished to a wonderful standard. I was visiting for my boyfriends birthday and it was like a dream come true. Definitely book if you get the chance it made our visit so special!

Nous étions dans l'appartement Batioro et nous y avons passé un très bon sejour. L'appartement et le salon est magnifique. Superbe hauteur sous plafond avec les peintures. Nous étions au coeur de Venice et l'accès a toute la ville était vraiment facile! De plus le taxi bateau peut vous déposer au pied de l'appartement ce qui rend l'expérience encore meilleure. Nous avons apprécié les jolies fleurs fraiches dans la chambre. Seul tout petit point négatif est le manque de décoration qui rendrais l'appartement plus chaleureux. La remise des clés c'est bien passé et la personne qui nous accueilli nous a fait quelques recommandations de bars et restaurant qui se sont avérés être bonnes!

Absolutely outstanding apartments in terms of quality. Totally untypical for Italian standards. The furniture and rework is of highest standards. Great place to stay in Venice!
