After trying to call the comune to make a request of a birth certificate, because they don't answer our e-mails or Posta Certificata requests, the official responsible for the anagrafe said the waiting response is around 6 months and every time we reach out to ask for a response, he will delay our request even more. We all know that they are saturated, but I don't think you can saturate politiness, a quality this ufficiale di stato civile doesn't have.
