New Generation Hostel

Pessimo..sono stato morso da cimici dei letti...è scandaloso..e pare che non sia il primo ma da mesi che hanno questa infestazione...Bed bugs bites me during the night...dont sleep here...i red also other people had this problem in that hostel...so they are full of bed bugs...and that's terrible

The room I kept as a female dormitory turned out to be mixed. There was no soap, clean towels and shampoo in the bathroom and it was dirty. More importantly, we stayed at the resort for one night and unfortunate events happened to us. We were a group of three and a friend of ours was hospitalized. We had to search for him for hours as we were apart when he fell ill. Until we reached our friend and went to the hotel, a very difficult situation occurred and we entered the hostel at 6 in the morning. We explained what had happened to us and said that we just wanted to leave a little late. The receptionist told us that we could leave at 12.30, but after that a new reservation was needed because the normal check-out time was 11:00. We agreed because we were very tired. When we woke up in the morning, we would leave late. A female employee officially took us hostage in the room and said you have to pay 20€ for the post device in her hand. We said we would not pay, but they had the lock of the locker where our friend's belongings were in the hospital and they said they would not give it. I said I wanted to go to the bank to pay. Since no money was withdrawn from my card, I had to do this (there are problems in transactions because my country's currency is different), but when he saw that he did not have me checked, he said that when you come, you will receive your friend's belongings. We went to the bank and made the payment. In short, I don't care about your service possibilities. That was very rude of you. They didn't even ask what happened to our friend. I will not forget this rudeness, you are greedy!!!

Nice hostel. Located a bit outside of the city center but easy accesable by tram or metro. Nice and very helpfull staff. Bit expensive for a hostel but I guess thats everywhere in Milano.The breakfast was a bit overrated since it was only 1 croissant and a hot beverage. In general I enjoyed my stay!

Service is disgusting. I accidentally noted the reservation 4 days before arrival, and within 10 minutes immediately dialed the hotel reception to renew the reservation from another country. Nobody wanted to help me. no one returned the money either. beware, deceive

choosing this youth hostel when I came to Milan for the first time. After reading Google reviews, many people complained about bed bugs and it being too hot in multi-person rooms. I did not encounter bed bugs this time. Upon arrival, I checked the mattress and then wrapped the two white sheets provided by the hotel on it again. I brought my own blanket, and I stored it in a private cabinet using a plastic bag provided by the hotel.Overall, the public facilities are average and clean.Advantages:* It is better to stay in winter because the rooms are warm enough and there are fewer people.* Private lockers are provided with sockets.* Soap is provided.* Two white sheets and a blanket are provided.* The floors are relatively clean.* Check-in is convenient and fast.Disadvantages:* There is relatively no privacy

If I could give a rating lower I would. All of my luggage and belongings were stolen from me I was robbed. They called the police and banned me from being able to stay; lied to the front desk girl that I picked them. Emails did not help. And my bags are still missing( this was last summer), breakfast was poor(for the price), didn't even serve any menu items aside from coffee. the kitchen was bad, and the service ended up being beyond terrible in both locations. Rooms- you're lucky if you get a good one.

Un buon ostello, tutte le camere hanno armadietti che si chiudono a chiave, sono abbastanza spaziose e pulite. La location non è un granché, il servizio è stato cortese.

The welcome was very poor. It seemed like their main priority was making more money. They even charged an extra fee for not doing online check-in, which I haven't seen in any other hotel before. When we asked them to store our luggage for a few hours, they demanded payment for it. On top of that, there was no soap in the bathroom.

Medium. First room had no A.C. I asked to switch and the second room was the same. No portable fans or any other solutions were provided.. I had a very bad sleep and woke up sweating several times.Breakfast is one small croissant and one cup of coffee.Great location.
