Appartamento vicino al centro, molto spazioso e accogliente, disposto su due livelli. Atmosfera molto calda, è come vivere a casa propria. Cucina dotata di ogni attrezzatura. Francesca è un ospite disponibile e prodigo di consigli

Lovely comfortable apartment, with a bookshelf to envy. High quality fixtures a linens. Daily cleaning service and breakfast supplies . Great location in a quiet area of Modena. Seamless communication with the owner. Heads-up that while there is a kitchen, it is not for cooking (other than to make some tea or to heat up something), understandably because kitchen odors in an open space would not be great.

Stella21 is a welcoming loft, fully of caché (newly redone and quiet) in the heart of Modena, ideally situated across the street from Osteria Francescana. Perfectly located for a weekend in Modena. A superb, fresh and organic breakfast, is prepared by the wonderful hostess Francesca. Tourist map and guides to Modena are available, along with 2 bicycles enabling you to tour around the city freely. Francesca is reactive via email for booking and very charming and helpful with recommendations.DEFINITELY recommend.
