Good on route around Siracusa and Ortigia but unreliable later in day. The last three buses did not run leaving us stranded in Ortigia necessitating an expensive taxi journey back. No response from company to email.

Anfangs waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Bus . Laut Fahrplan sollte der Bus bis 19.40 alle 20 Minuten fahren. Als wir um 18.00 Uhr zur Bushaltestelle kamen, durften wir eine Stunde warten, bevor wir es aufgegeben haben und frustriert gelaufen sind. Ohne vorherige Ankündigung den Busfahrplan um fast 2 Stunden zu verkürzen, geht gar nicht. Wir haben dem Veranstalter eine Mail geschrieben und Entschädigung verlangt. Mal sehen, ob überhaupt eine Reaktion kommt.

Servizio Hop-on-hop-off peccato che parallelamente a quello ufficiale lo stesso giro viene fatto da bus truffaldini a costo doppio 10€ a persona invece di 5€ con orari (il servizio finisce alle 17 invece che alle 19:30) e fermate ridotte.Non abbiamo davvero parole per la scorrettezza di questa pratica. Purtroppo ce ne siamo accorti quando eravamo già saliti.Poi uno dice che è vittima di stereotipi!

Utile per i croceristi per visitare grossolanamente la città, con capolinea in Via Rodi, in prossimità del Molo S. Antonio. 15 fermate, ticket valido 24 ore, fermata a richiesta, Wi-Fi a bordo, audio guida con cuffiette incluse. 10 euro adulti da 17 anni in poi, da 5 a 17 anni 5 euro, da 0 a 4 anni gratis. Pagamento in contanti o con carta. Bus n. 3 accessibile a disabili.

I don’t recommend this experience. The audio guide was terrible. It was basically loud classical music with regular 5-15 second pieces of information and history in a low volume in extremely bad quality, so you could hardly hear what was said. Even when there was plenty of history to explain, like parco arcehologico, it basically name-dropped a few buildings, and recommended a visit. The majority of information was a loop about that you could use the bus ticket the whole day.

We rode this in Palermo, very disappointed. I have used hop on off in many other cities and have had excellent experiences, not do in Palermo. We waited an hour at one stop bud never came, we had to wind up taking a taxi. Also bus stops for lunch and we’re stuck waiting for the driver for over 45 minutes at another stop, never seen anything like it. His lunch was on our time, hope he enjoyed it.

Il bus è arrivato in orario e l'autista è stato super gentile. Vi hanno dotato di cuffiette per l'audio guida e siamo partiti. Calmo e tranquillo ha guidato nel traffico con disinvoltura così abbiamo potuto goderci il giro e fare belle foto. Bravo

Quando abbiamo visto le valutazioni così basse ci siamo chiesti se siamo stati sullo stesso bus, prezzo ridicolo 5€ a persona per vedere la parte bassa di Siracusa ed Ortigia e in più puoi salire e scendere quando vuoi, al ritorno dal teatro greco abbiamo aspettato il bus, forse 10 minuti, veramente da fare per spostarsi in comodità e senza stress.
