This place charges a 19.90% service fee that they do not consider to mention when asking for an exchange rate. DO NOT STOP HERE.

The man at the counter said to my face that i would only be charged my bank’s fee And I got charged a €50 euro fee that they do not mention. Unscrupulous and predatory, gives italy a bad name as this was my first interaction. Very bad start to my trip. Avoid at all costs!!! When I asked for a refund he claimed that he didnt know how to process a refund. Disgusting.
