Ufficio o posto infestato da fantasmi?Non risponde nessuno, nè a telefono, nè tramite mail, nè online, nè personalmente (scaricano tutto gli uni sugli altri, facendo fare inutilissimi, quanto inconcludenti, giri a vuoto).Si sono manifestati solo per spedirmi in un'altra città (i quali mi avevano già mandato a Roma)

I came here to get my codice fiscale. I was afraid because of all the bad reviews. However, everything went very smoothly! I came a bit earlier than my scheduled time, went to one of the counters to get a ticket with a number, waited for 10 minutes, and received my code in less than 5 minutes. The employee was helpful and processed my request very fast. Before going there, I recommend printing out the required document and filling it out in advance and bringing a copy of your ID / passport.You have to book the appointment at least 1 month in advance on their website.

I went there this am and they were super friendly and told me how to make an appt and what to bring (passport, proof of residency ) on the date of your appt to get your codice fiscale .

I was very nervous about my visit here based on reviews and the general reputation of bureaucratic offices, much less Italian ones, but this Agenzia Delle Entrate experience was great - much better than my last DMV visit in the US, both reservation-based. 10/10!You must reserve in advance on their website, but it's easy. Tickets go fast, but if you've ever had to reserve a popular restaurant at midnight one month in advance, you know the drill.Then you don't need to show up early, just on time, and a security guard will direct you to a window where they look at your papers and give you a number. Then you sit and wait for your number to come up on a screen. I sat for maybe 60 seconds before my number appeared (I was the first appointment of the day for a codice fiscale at 8:15am and they opened promptly at 8:15). Then you proceed to another desk where they look at your papers, and hopefully give you what you need.If you don't have all the copies required (for instance, I had a photocopy of the main page of my passport, but not the page with the most recent visa, which for the codice fiscale, they do need), there is a photocopier in the entrance area, it just only takes coins and can't make change, so hopefully unlike me you will have something other than bills and €2 coins. But you won't need to run around in a panic looking for a copy shop; in fact they kindly waited for me to make the copy and I didn't lose my space in line.Everyone was helpful and patient, and the process was as painless as possible. I was done in about 20 minutes, only because their printer broke - honestly I could have been in and out in 5 minutes otherwise. Bravo! Grazie!

If you are an EU student dont bother going here to get your fiscal code. Current waiting list of at least a month, even if there are surprisingly few people at the office. Some friendly advice, contact your local italian embassy, they will get it for you in no time (literally got mine in 5 minutes today). Good luck!

The service is smooth. The only issue you need to worry about is to get an appointment prior to your visit.
