Sheraton Lake Como Hotel

L'hotel da dentro è un po vecchio;La camera è buona,L'ascensore è lentissimoNon mi è stato offerto ferro da stiro quando ho chiesto, dicendo che ćè una camera comune per stirare nel 1 piano!Qualche strumento un palestra è rotto e si vede che non c'è manutenzione.

Just stayed (June 2023) at the Sheraton Lake Como. We were 3 couples and we all want to praise the staff working there. Sonia, Clara, Carlotta went above and beyond to satisfy. Truly so sweet and understanding.. thank you! Christian is also wonderful and helpful with his recommendations.They all contributed to our excellent hotel stay in Lake Como.Hotel is clean and the location is convenient to the ferry.

I’ve been traveling to Marriott locations for over a decade and hold several loyalty products such as the branded credit card and elite gold status membership. Despite this loyalty or the existence of human kindness, no matter how simple the ask, the older, male front desk employee was never quick to respond, oftentimes distracted by conversation with fellow employees, saying no before the full request was asked, or even catering to local Italian-speaking guests further back in the concierge line prior to the actual guest in front. Either the staff never understand the question, no matter how simple I make it, or their systems internally are so broken, they working with their hands tied behind their backs. It’s probably both. If a certain level of customer service is expected for you when traveling internationally and at a 4 star establishment, don’t stay here. There are plenty of other renowned locations across lake Como.

Lovely hotel however it’s a little bit out from the centre of Como (about 30-40 mins walk). The pool is lovely but that’s the main draw card.

I’ve been very disappointed with this property. I’ve had great expectations which was crashed by the front desk every time I asked for something. The rooms are ok but style wise closer to an AC than a Sheraton. Great bathroom, but again dated and super slippery. I wasn’t allowed late check out (status benefit)but rather than being assertive the answer was a blunt no. Sunday the cleaners woke us up at 7am bringing their carts which is just a no no.The breakfast is great and the staff is super nice but again asking room number 5 times is a bit annoying. Overall it’s a mediocre product.

Wow!! This hotel was amazing. First and foremost the location-prime and the view is spectacular. The in-hotel service was great everything we needed, they accommodated us. The food was so good every meal, every dish, every bite. Big shoutout to the chef and his entire crew and the waiting staff was also great the whole trip. Thanks again everyone!

I highly recommend the Sheraton Lake Como Hotel from our 2-night stay during mid-July. Our experience within the hotel was truly amazing, and the staff, especially Gabrielle, at the Concierge, provided exceptional service.While inside the hotel, everything was fantastic, and we enjoyed the restaurant near the pool. However, we did face some challenges when venturing outside the hotel. Public transportation like ferries and buses proved slow and over-crowded, making it less convenient for exploration. Additionally, taxi cabs were unwilling to go to faraway villages like Bellagio, and private boats were too costly.To enhance guest experiences, I suggest the hotel consider providing some form of water transportation for guests staying with them. This would make exploring the surrounding areas more accessible and enjoyable. Despite this, our overall stay was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the Sheraton Lake Como Hotel's hospitality.

Blown away by the level of service and professionalism from Sheraton Lake Como.My wife and I arrived after a long trip from Arizona, and were greeted for our honeymoon with not only a room upgrade with a beautiful view of Como, but also a bottle of wine and hand-written note from the hotel welcoming us.Our room was immaculate, and we were able to have dinner at the Kitchen, where the experience was like no other.The kind lady at the front desk gave us recommendations for a bakery in town, as well as the best place to get Gelato, and how to get to Central Como via water transport that made our trip that much better.This hotel is the definition of the hospitality industry, and I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone.
