Like buying a Fiat Uno in the 80's: Quality, wait what?Luceplan stands out for its design, but not for its quality and its customer service.I bought a Luceplan Hope in the past. After 2 years fractures started to apart the shades of the lamp. Our lamp has aprox. 30 of them.We contacted our seller, and we were offered 30% off for the spare parts by Luceplan, which still was a hell lot of money for a production/r&d failure.Well we refused... I tried to contact Miss Vicenzi, calling herself CEO of Luceplan, who thinks that she's something better and didn't even reply to 1 of my 3 mails. This behaviour stands out for Luceplan, the quality of the products is shameful and the customer service is more than unsattisfying. Almost all of the 30 shades are broken and 2 allready fell apart completely.It is sad to see, that Luceplan (has again) received a Red Dot Award. It seems, that nobody takes a look at the quality of this rubbish produced in dark corner of a backyard.My decision is clear. You are better of in buying a lamp at a German designer, where they take care about their customers (even after years) instead of appreciating your purchase with big fat middlefinger in your face.Grazie per niente, amici!
